Ho ceduto. Impuntata sul 50mm - nonostante il non-full frame - ho ceduto anche all'1.4. La mia "Pupa" (la mia Canon EOS 500D), è stata buona quest'anno e Babbo Natale la ha accontentata.

I surrender. Fixed on the 50mm lens - despite my non-full frame Camera - I have surrender on 1 .4 too. My "Babe" (my Canon EOS 500D), has been good this year and Santa Claus has satisfied her.

Per amor d'informazione, Canon offre anche ad un ottimo prezzo il 2.0 (sui 200€), ma è altra cosa. Nikon invece ha anche l'1.8 venduto per 200 euro circa - l'ha preso il mio ragazzo ed è ottimo.
Il mio obiettivo era stato visto all'Euronics per 440 € e da Fnac per 400€. E' finita che l'ho comprato a Terni, nel mio weekend umbro, per 360€. Lo stesso identico modello, nuovo, di listino. Uno scandalo, il fatto che possano esserci 80 € di differenza da un rivenditore all'altro.
For the sake of information, Canon also offers for a great price the 2.0 (about € 200), but it is another thing. Nikon also has the 1.8 instead sold for 200 euros - my boyfriend has bought it and it's great.

Mi ha anche regalato un ottimo straccetto pulisci-lente.
E' un peccato che a Milano manchino luoghi del genere (se ne conoscete. segnalatemeli!!!). Per esempio cercavo un normalissimo copriobiettivo 58mm originale Canon siccome lo avevo perso, e in tutta Milano non sono riuscita a trovarlo!! Ho trovato poi uno alla Fnac non di marca e poco stabile.FotoTerni me l'ha fornito immediatamente.
Beh, morale della favola: sono felicissima. L'obiettivo non è facile da usare (affatto!!) ma inizia a mostrarmi timidamente le soddisfazioni per proverà a darmi. Vi posto qualche foto senza valore, ma giusto per giudicare la luminosità che dona alle immagini. Vi posterò i miei progressi :) !!

It's a shame that places like this are lacking in Milan (if you know some, Please let me know !!!). For example, I recently was looking for a standard 58mm Canon lens cover because I had lost, and throughout Milan I was not able to find it! Then I found one at Fnac but it's unbranded and not very stable.FotoTerni, instead, gave it to me immediately.
Well, here is the moral of the story: I am very happy. The lens is not easy to use (at all!!) But it starts timidly to show me the satisfaction it'll give me. I post you here some photos worthless, but just to judge the brightness that the lens gives to the images. I will soon post my progress:)!

Le difficoltà sono date dalla distanza che bisogna prendere dal soggetto, la messa a fuoco, la tempistica lunga quando è più aperto l'obiettivo. I controluce non sono più un problema. Per ora ho solo capito che bisogna imparare - con le ottiche fisse - a muoversi di più e pretendere di meno dalla macchina a distanza micro per foto tipo macro.E voi e i vostri regali? passato un bel Natale??Altri consigli? sto girando un po' internet e scopro cose interessanti, le posterò!

The difficulties are given by the distance that must be taken by the subject, the focus, the timing that become long when the lens is more open. The backlighting, instead, is no longer a problem.
By now I just realized that you have to learn - with fixed lenses - to move more and have no expectation by the Camera performance from micro distance to have macro type photos.
