TRENDrness: boyfriend jeans + rolled cuff

Quest'oggi voglio parlarvi non di uno, bensì di due trend molto in voga: mi riferisco al cosiddetto boyfriend jeans, ovvero il pantalone largo rubato dall'armadio del fidanzato, che va sempre a braccetto con i rolled cuff, alias gli orli rovesciati.
Se fino a qualche anno fa detestavo con tutta me stessa gli abiti larghi, specie i jeans (che ho sempre considerato degni solo se skinny o a sigaretta), quest'anno confesso di aver rivalutato il jeans largo, specie se abbinato a scarpe a punta o sandali iper femminili.
Certo, non è un look per tutte e il rischio di sembrare sacchi informi e goffi è altissimo.

I have to be honest with you: I didn't like them until a few years ago. I thought they were not much elegant and I preferred skinny types.
On the contrary, this year I've started to like them, especially combined with super feminine high heels.
Boyfriend jeans aren't for everybody. The risk to seem awkward is actually very huge.

Io lo consiglierei a ragazze abbastanza alte di statura, che vogliono mimetizzare le gambe non proprio da modella. Per chi, come me, non ha caviglie formato stecchino e cosce inesistenti, consiglio i boyfriend jeans da portare rigorosamente con gli orli rovesciati alla caviglia e i tacchi. In questo modo l'effetto ottico vi farà sembrare più slanciate, tanto più se il jeans è largo.
Prossimamente testerò per voi, giusto per scoprire se sono una gran gnocca o se assomiglio alla versione bionda di Telespalla Bob!

For those who have thight ankles like me, my advice is wearing boyfriend jeans with rolled cuffs and combined with high heels. The more your jeans are large, the more you look like thinner and taller.
