Il 5 agosto ricorrerà il 50 esimo anniversario dalla morte di Marilyn Monroe e tutto il mondo vuole ricordarla attraverso mostre ed eventi..
Presso il museo Ferragamo di Firenze, la diva viene raccontata in una mostra dal titolo Marilyn in cui attraverso abiti, scarpe (Ferragamo ne creò appositamente per lei) opere d'arte e filmati si cerca di conoscere e capire qualcosa in più sulla sua carriera e vita privata.
Numerosi brand di moda hanno deciso di omaggiare Marilyn con collezioni particolari.
Fratelli Rossetti la ricorda con Lady Brera, in edizione limitata in coccodrillo rosso; il celebre marchio partecipa con questa nuova collezione alla mostra internazionale Tribute to Marilyn, che si terrà presso l'Umanitaria di Milano dal 19 giugno al 10 luglio.
