Sabato ho partecipato come fotografa ufficiale (passatemi il termine!) all'evento che si è tenuto presso il punto vendita Mamey Senza Glutine di Ancona.
Il tema era il cake design: la cake designer Francesca (la trovate su Facebook) che collabora con Viviana ci ha mostrato come realizzare una torta a base di pan di spagna, farcita con camy cream e gocce di cioccolato, ricoperta con ganache al fondente e decorata con pasta di zucchero, il tutto in chiave gluten-free.
I bimbi presenti hanno aiutato Francesca nella decorazione della torta, dopo aver decretato la vittoria di Hello Kitty su Peppa Pig, Titti e Spiderman!

Good afternoon! On Saturday I was the official photographer for an event which took place in a gluten free store in Ancona. The theme was cake design: the cake designer Francesca (Le Magiche Torte di Francy on Fb) that collaborates with Viviana (Le Torte di Petit on Fb) showed us how to make a cake made of sponge cake, filled with Camy cream and chocolate drops, covered with dark chocolate ganache and decorated with sugar paste, everything gluten-free. The children helped Francesca with the decoration of the cake, after having decreed the victory of Hello Kitty upon Peppa Pig, Tweety and Spiderman! You will find the recipes below, and then the tutorial. In the end we ate almost the whole cake. It was so delicious! Enjoy!
