Tutorial: Il Libro della Felicità! - The Book of Happiness!

Oggi vi propongo un bel progetto facile e veloce, ma che ci renderà la vita più piacevole :D
Si tratta di un libro della felicità di cui avevo visto il progetto da un'artista russa, Natalia, che vende le sue creazioni e i modelli dei progetti in questo sito www.livemaster.ru/tulip-art
Mi è piaciuto molto il suo libro fatto a mano "365 Giorni felici" e ho voluto creare la versione italiana, inglese e spagnola (a grande richiesta!)

Today I propose you a pretty quick and easy project, but that will make our life more pleasant :D
It's a book of happiness, a project I had seen from a Russian artist, Natalia, who sells his creations and models of projects in this website www.livemaster.ru/tulip-art
I really liked her handmade book "365 Happy Days" and I wanted to create it in Italian, English and Spanish (high requested!)

Ecco qui sotto i modelli per creare le pagine interne, più in basso invece vi spiegherò meglio come usarlo. Per scaricare i modelli cliccate sul tasto Download o aprite la pagina in una nuova scheda e salvate l'immagine con nome.
Here below are the models to create the internal pages, after I'll explain how to use it. To download the templates click on the Download button or open the page in a new tab and save the image as.

COME FUNZIONA - HOW IT WORKS:Dovete prima di tutto stampare i modelli: il primo, quello delle settimane va stampato su 13 fogli fronte e retro, perché in 1 anno ci sono 52 settimane, due per lato fronte e retro fanno 13 fogli.Inoltre dovete stampare i due fogli dei risultati, questi dovranno essere stampati solo una volta.Per la copertina potete usare una carta che avete già, tagliandola a misura di un A4 e incollando la targhetta con il titolo sopra. Potete fare lo stesso se stampate la copertina.
First of all print the models: print the weeks template on 13 front and back sheets, because in one year there are 52 weeks, two on each side front and back = 13 sheets.
You also need to print the two sheets of the results, these will be printed only once.
For the cover you can use a designed paper, cutting it to size of an A4 and apply the label. You can do the same if you print the cover by yourself.

Una volta creato potrete usarlo così:- scrivete i 3 avvenimenti più felici della giornata dando loro un punteggio, a fine giornata si farà la somma dei punteggi.- a fine settimana si stabilisce il giorno con più punti e il punteggio totale che è la somma dei parziali.- a fine libro ci sono i mesi quindi anche qui si registrano i risultati e alla fine dell'anno si selezionerà il mese più felice.Once created, you can use it like this:
- Write the three happiest events of the day, giving them a score. At the end of the day write the sum of the scores.
- At the end of the week establish the day with most points and the total score is the sum of the partials.
- At the end of the book there are the months, so the results are recorded and you can select the happier.



LO SCOPO DEL PROGETTO - THE PROJECT AIMMa perché dovremmo realizzare un libro per registrare gli avvenimenti più felici? Questo libro è un mezzo tramite il quale potremmo obbligarci a renderci conto delle cose positive che ci accadono, apprezzare le piccole cose e attirarne quindi delle altre con il pensiero positivo. Voi o una vostra amica state attraversando un periodo giù di tono? Oppure volete un nuovo inizio nella positività? Questo è il progetto giusto!But why should we produce a book to record the happier events? This book is a way by which we could force us to focus on positive things, appreciate the little things and then attract others with positive thinking. You or your friend are going through a tone down period? Or do you want a fresh and positive restart? This is the right project!
