Buongiorno, vi piace la mia SORPRESA? So che il lunedì non è il giorno preferito di molti di voi e in più, non so da voi, ma qui è moooolto grigio, quindi perchè non cominciare la settimana con una coccola un po' dolce e super colorata? Credo che sia palese la mia voglia di PRIMAVERA, ho davvero voglia di sole e giornate calde. In realtà quello di oggi non sarà un post-ricetta perché servono davvero pochi ingredienti, forse potremmo chiamarlo DiY o forse semplicemente qualcosa con cui possiamo divertirci, usate BISCOTTI semplici, meglio se non troppo dolci, preparate un po' di glassa ( la mia è glassa reale: zucchero a velo, succo di limone e albume) cogliete fiori commestibili (mi raccomando chiedete se non siete sicuri) ed infine divertitevi nelle composizioni. Sono rimasta davvero stupita dal risultato finale, sorprendete non è vero? Un piccolo consiglio, non preparateli con troppo anticipo, tipo la mattina per la sera, perchè purtroppo appassiranno, però potrete divertirvi a decorarli con i vostri bambini! Diamo inizio a questo lunedì con il piede giusto! Ahhh si... c'è anche un VIDEO scorrete giù!

I know monday is such boring day for most of you and I don't know there, but here it's still grey, so which other better way to start the day with a sweet and colorful treat?
Can you feel my wandering of SPRING? Yeah, I really need sun and warm days.
So here they are, these lovely and cute cookies, you just need few ingredients that's why today is not a recipe post... probably it's more a DiY or just something to have fun with, use plain COOKIES, better if not too sweet, prepare some ICING ( mine is icing sugar, lemon juice and egg white) pick EDIBLE FLOWERS ( please have a double check, being sure they are edible) and that's it, have fun.
Honestly i got impressed on how cute they look, don't they?!?
Do not prepare them too early, like in the morning for evening time, flowers will be whitened unfortunately , but for sure you can have fun with your kids.
