Quando visitai il London College of Fashion, una ragazza molto saggia consigliò a noi aspiranti alunni di provare a tenere un blog in inglese per allenarci non solo con la scrittura, ma anche con la lingua. Ho pensato di cimentarmi con la traduzione di alcuni post in inglese per non arrugginirmi con la lingua scritta (ho la sensazione che così mi darò la zappa sui piedi, ma tant'è. Non cominciate a dirmi che faccio errori perchè già lo so. No scherzo, ditemelo pure, sarò felice di correggermi... non siate saccenti ma comprensivi! ;)
Cominciamo con una collaborazione: Elin Kling per Marciano (http://ekformarciano.com/). Ho dato un'occhiata al lookbook e mi piacciono moltissime cose. La collezione è, ovviamente, in stile Kling: bianco, nero, pelle... la modella del lookbook è, ri-ovviamente, lei stessa. La cosa non invoglia certo a comprare i capi per scoprire che su di noi non vestono come su di lei. Let's start from a collaboration: Elin Kling for Marciano (http://ekformarciano.com/). I took a look at the collection: I do love it! The collection is totally Kling style: black, white, leather.... the lookbook model is, of course, Elin herself. I guess that figuring out that clothes don't fit exactly as Elin, would help us to save some money. Ah, how hard is to be normal!
Un'altra collaborazione degna di nota è quella tra Am Lul e Mango Touch, la linea di accessori del marchio spagnolo. Devo ancora guardare bene la collezione, ma dal poco che ho visto c'è del barocco (da lei mi aspettavo qualcosa di più originale e meno in linea con quello che ormai straripa da tutti i negozi).
Another fashion collaboration is between Am Lul and Mango Touch, the accessories line of the spanish brand. I still have to take a deep look at the whole collection, but it seems to be quite "baroque oriented" (frankly, I expected something more original and less mainstream from her).
Sabrina di After DRK, assieme ad altre bloggers, ha avuto la possibilità di indossare in anteprima i capi Margiela per HM. Ditemi quello che vi pare, ma a me questi pantaloni non piacciono. Sono troppo...troppo. Su Sabrina stanno male. Se stanno male a lei, poche altre avranno speranze di sembrare mediamente decenti con quei jeans.
Sabrina from After DRK (and many other bloggers) had the possibility to wear some pieces from Margiela for H&M collection before anyone else. I must confess I really don't like these jeans. They're... "too much". I don't like how they fit her. Even Sabrina doesn't look her best with them on... could you imagine how they would look on us?!

Avete visto la collezione The Grey Concept di H&M? La testimonial è Alice Dellal, scelta decisamente azzeccata. Il mood è "ragazzacci vestiti di nero che fanno casino". Come al solito mi piace la giacca di pelle ma non riesco ad andare oltre i 30 euro di spesa per un capo H&M.
