L'Accrington Stanley, club di League Two, ha annunciato di aver depositato i progetti per l'espansione del proprio impianto, il Crown Ground. La prima fase vede la costruzione di una nuova tribuna da 1500 posti a sedere sul lato di Whinney Hill. L'atrio della tribuna ospiterà tutte le moderne strutture pensate per il tifoso. Inoltre, il progetto prevede anche la sua divisione per poter accogliere i tifosi ospiti, oltre alla possibilità in futuro di aggiungere dei palchi corporate.
League Two side Accrington Stanley announced the submission of Crown Ground's expansion plans. The first step of the project will be a new 1500 all seater stand on Whinney Hill side of the ground, which will have all modern spectator facilities in the concourse. Moreover, it will have the potential to be split in order to accomodate both home and away fans and it will have the possibility to add corporate boxes. Via Theatres of Football
