WHB#340 ...il raccolto...the round up...

Buona settimana a tutti!!!!!
Quella appena trascorsa è stata una settimana  molto calda  "Caronte" ha traghettato un gran caldo...ieri nella mia città si sono registrati 35°C, e questo clima ha inciso parecchio sulla nostra volontà di cucinare...siamo tutti troppo accaldati!
Prima di tutto voglio ringraziare i partecipanti a questo WHB, anche questa settimane le ricette sono splendide....

Ma iniziamo subito con i piatti ....
dalla bellissima isola di Ischia, Annarita, Branka e Conchita del blog Fragoliva ci mandano
"Zucchine arrostite con menta"
Un piatto estivo e gustoso facile da abbinare a qualsiasi piatto da un panino farcito a un barbecue di carne o pesce....

Libera di Accanto al camino's blog ci propone dei funghi deliziosi ...le mazze di tamburo fritte servite con prezzemolo, pure fritto e ci svela anche il segreto di come prepararlo, operazione non semplice.
Ci suggerisce la possibilità di grigliare il tutto, rendendo più salutare il piatto, è doverosa però l'aggiunta di  una gustosa salsina, altrimenti che gusto c'è? E poi ci sono altre informazioni interessanti sui funghi, insomma è un bel post e io vi consiglio di andare a leggerlo da lei.
La mia introduzione è riduttiva e sommaria, andate non rimarrete delusi!

E infine ecco la mia confettura di ciliegie, non è una confettura tradizionale, ho aggiunto la cannella, che adoro, e pure un poco di vino Porto Ruby....
E' profumata e gustosa, ottima per la colazione con le fette biscottate, ma anche sul gelato o come farcitura nelle crostate.

In Italy it's very hot, there is an anti-cyclone of African origin.


Yesterday in my town there are 35°C, this weather has affected on our desire to cook.... we are all to hot and sweaty!!!

Guy and Pasta, her dog,  are funs of Italian football team, unfortunatly at Euro 2012 Italy lost yesterday...




Haalo, of Cook almost anything's blog, send us the recipe of  Sarde in saor, it's a traditional dish of Veneto, a region of Northern Italy.
Reading her post, I discovered that Haalo's mum was born in Emilia Romagna, my region.
