San Gines è una delle migliori (se non LA migliore) cioccolateria di Madrid. Materia prima di ottima qualità, servizio veloce e cortese fanno di questo storico bar madrileno una tappa irrinunciabile per la colazione di metà mattina. Ne avevo già parlato qui un po' di tempo fa. La buona notizia è che non occorre andare a Madrid ogni volta che si vuole gustare una buona cioccolata calda come quella di Pasadizo di San Ginès 5 perché è sufficiente acquistare il loro cacao, seguire la ricetta riportata sul retro della confezione e il gioco è fatto! In pochi minuti potrete gustare un'ottima cioccolata calda, fumante al punto giusto e densa come piace a voi. Mancano churros y porras appena fritti ma per quello c'è sempre il week end madrileno, o no?
