Ermanno Scervino opened yesterday the doors of its showroom in Milan for the press day of the SS 2012 collection. In september I couldn't attend the fashion show due to academic commitments, but yesterday I recovered.The collection, fresh and extremely feminine, has its strong point in the high quality of the fabrics and the research of new processing and materials.
The laser work on light denim allows to create items with macramè decorations, which result soft and fluffy like velvet.The colors are bright and light, they range from the most limpid white, to mint green, from powder pink to ice grey.The collection is inspired by indian elegance. Precious fabrics enriched by luminous details, soft lenghts which represent a pure and discreet elegance.The idea of a hand made haute-couture mixed with sporting and technical elements, is the most interesting side of the collection.The looks proposed are maybe more adapt to not-so-young women, but the items taken individually and brighten up with some more urban and less ladylike touch, can be real jewels.

A settembre avevo dovuto rinunciare alla sfilata causa laurea imminente, ma ho recuperato ieri.La collezione, fresca ed estremamente femminile, ha il suo punto di forza nell'altissima qualità dei tessuti e della ricerca di nuove lavorazioni e materiali.La lavorazione a laser sul denim leggero, ha permesso di creare capi con decorazioni macramè, che al tatto risultano morbidi e soffici come se fossero di velluto.I colori sono brillanti e leggeri, vanno dal bianco più limpido, al verde menta, dal cipria al ghiaccio.La collezione è ispirata all'eleganza dell'India. Tessuti preziosi arricchiti da dettagli luminosi, morbide lunghezze che rappresentano una sensualità pura e discreta.Il principio di una haute-couture fatta a mano e miscelata ad elementi sportivi e tecnici, è il punto più interessante della collezione.I look proposti sono forse più adatti a donne non giovanissime, ma i capi presi singolarmente e vivacizzati da qualche tocco un po' più metropolitano e un po' meno ladylike, possono essere dei veri gioielli.
