5 Social News di Maggio (1a settimana)

Eccoci a fine settimana pronti, come sempre, a raccontarvi cosa vi siete persi e cosa è successo sui Social Network negli ultimi 7 giorni.
Una notizia fuori elenco e meritevole una menzione speciale è il Compleanno del Web, che il 30 Aprile ha compiuto 20 anni.  Infatti il 30 aprile del 1993, il CERN di Ginevra rilasciò al mondo il WWW - World Wide Web, ovvero un sistema informativo dal quale è poi sviluppato il Web con tutte le sue sfaccettature, fino ad arrivare a come lo conosciamo oggi.

// 1 - LinkedIn:
"Non dirlo soltanto, mostralo"Sul blog ufficiale di LinkedIn, al motto di "Don't say it, Just display it", è arrivata l'ultima novità del Social più professionale e work-oriented del web. Si tratta della possbilità di inserire immagini, presentazioni, contenuti audio e video nel proprio profilo, in modo da rendere la propria pagina più accattivante e visivamente efficace.
// 2 - Pubblicità self-service su TwitterFin'ora su Twitter era possibile farsi pubblicità solo attraverso inserzioni, ma il servizio di advertising a partire dal 2010 si è evoluto, anche grazie ai feedback positivi ricevuti da aziende e singoli. Tanto da prevedere, per ora solo in America, una piattaforma self-service in cui poter promuovere i propri tweet o il proprio profilo, previo acquisto di crediti. Dai rumors in circolazione, Twitter dovrebbe entrare in borsa il prossimo anno e la stima dei guadagni pubblicitari secondo un'analisi di eMarketers si aggirerebbe intorno al miliardi di dollari.
// 3 - Google Plus, continua l'ascesaLa ricerca pubblicata anche quest'anno da Globalwebindex.net mostra gli ultimi dati sull'utilizzo dei Social Network da parte degli utenti. Il primato di Facebook è come sempre fuori discussione, è e rimane il primo della classe, ma dietro di lui la lotta per il secondo posto è vinta da Google+ che, grazie al crescente numero di utenti, supera Twitter e Youtube, che lo seguono a ruota quasi a pari merito.
// 4 - Difendere la propria Privacy su FacebookChi di noi nella vita non ha amici fidati? Ecco, Facebook per mettere l'ennesima pezza alle continue critiche sulla privacy, ancora una volta ha preso spunto dalla vita reale, lanciando ieri un tool che si chiama "Trusted Contacts", ovvero contatti fidati. Il tool, in versione beta per ora, ha il preciso scopo di aiutarvi a recuperare il profilo Facebook, nel caso ve l'abbiano rubato o vi siate dimenticati la password. Quindi, scegliete con cura gli amici fidati da specificare nella vostra  Facebook trusted-list!
// 5 - Taggare su InstagramCon l'ultimo update dell'app per iPhone e Android, Instagram introduce una funzione di cui i suoi utenti sentivano da tempo l'esigenza, ossia poter taggare le foto, grazie alla funzione "Aggiungi persone". Inoltre si potranno taggare anche le foto che avete già scattato.Ma attenzione, si tratta pur sempre di una nuova opzione, che ancora non ha tutte le impostazioni di privacy che si possono settare su Faceboook. Fin'ora su Instagram è stato possibile solo menzionare le persone attraverso i commenti, ma da oggi si tagga!

Here we are at the weekend ready, as usual, to tell you what you missed and what happened on the Social Network in the last 7 days.
