A trip with a tripod - un peu de Paris encore

Cosa si può fare con un cavalletto. Io non l'ho mai usato direttamente sulla mia macchina, ma quando siamo stati a Parigi, Giacomo ha usato il suo nuovo cavalletto giocando con le luci e i movimenti della notte.
Chiaramente, ciò che il cavalletto permette, è di allungare molto i tempi di esposizione, lasciando che soggetti in movimento e soggetti immobili possano alternarsi di fronte all'obiettivo creando effetti interessanti che a mano libera risultano impossibili.
Vi lascio alcune foto che possono dimostrare quello che dico.
What can be done with a tripod. I've never used directly on my camera, but when we were in Paris, Giacomo has used his new tripod playing with lights and movements during the night.
Clearly, what the tripod allows it's to really stretch the exposure times, letting moving subjects and still subjects alternate themselves in front of the camera, creating interesting effects that are impossible by hand.
I leave some photos that can prove what I say.

Gli effetti, come vedete sono molteplici. Per fruttare appieno una reflex e certi obiettivi il cavalletto è uno strumento necessario. Purtroppo ha degli inconvenienti pratici soprattutto per noi ragazze: sono pesanti e più solo leggeri e insieme validi, più costano.
In generale il prezzo di un buon cavalletto è abbastanza alto. Si sta sempre sopra ai 100 euro, fino a raggiungere vette ai limiti del ragionevole. Però, come notate, i risultati possono essere soddisfacenti.

The effects, as you see, are many. To use all the options of a reflex and some lenses, the tripod is a necessary tool. Unfortunately has some practical drawbacks especially for girls: they're heavy and if they are lighter but valuable, they are much expensive.
In general, the price of a good tripod is high enough. It is always above 100 euros, reaching unreasonable numbers. But, as you can observe, results can be satisfactory.

Non solo di notte, ma anche di giorno il cavalletto può avere un ruolo fondamentale. Guardate l'acqua di queste fotografie. Questo senso di "flusso" è dato dal tempo molto alto di esposizione.
Not only at night but also during the day the tripod may have a key role. Look at the water in these photographs. This sense of "flow" is giving by the very long time of exposure.
