Alicia Keys In Dolce & Gabbana

Last night Alicia Keys hosted the “Keep A Child Alive Black Ball” in London.  The annual event helps raise money to provide care and support to orphans, and those affected by AIDS in Africa and India.  Alicia used the event to announce that not only is she engaged to music producer boyfriend, Swizz Beats but she’s also pregnant. Maybe that is why she wore a one of a kind Dolce & Gabbana strapless ruffled cocktail dress with crystal detailing. That’s one way to hide a baby bump. The dress is very frou frou, but that was obviously the intention. Whilst the dress is cute, her Louboutin’s are fierce.
