Aristo-chic: with brocade and silk

Io adoro lo stile Aristo-chic, ma purtroppo non ho molto spesso occasione di sperimentarlo: nella vita di tutti i giorni non è il massimo della praticità, e non è nemmeno l'ideale per la sera dato che è che non mi capitino serate eleganti così di frequente.
Però ogni tanto mi piace provarlo, e qualche sera fa ho avuto l'occasione giusta: i miei avevano invitato degli amici a cena e, sapendo che in questi casi devo adattarmi alle loro pretese (della serie: niente gonne troppo corte, niente tacchi troppo alti, niente di troppo stravagante... insomma niente fantasia) ho deciso di fare un tentativo con questo tipo di look.
Ho abbinato i pantaloni in broccato che avevo preso da Zara Kids lo scorso anno con la camicetta in seta color crema di Luisa Spagnoli con il fiocco, della quale mi sono innamorata a prima vista ma che metto davvero di rado, ballerine, chignon, orecchini pendenti con le perle della nonna e via!
I miei sono stati accontentati (nonostante abbiano comunque avuto da ridire sullo chignon: troppo "spettinato" per i loro gusti) ed io per lo meno non sono rimasta incastrata in un look troppo banale!
Dato che (come capita di solito in questi casi) è stata una di quelle serate noiosissime, con discorsi noiosissimi, in cui il mio unico ruolo era sorridere ed essere gentile ed educata, per lo meno mi sono levata lo sfizio di provare un look un pò diverso dal solito...che ne dite, esperimento riuscito? :)

I love the Aristo -chic style, but unfortunately I have not often the chance to experience it: it's not enough comfy for every day, and it is not even so good for the evenings since I have not elegant evenings so frequently .
But sometimes I like to try it, and a few days ago I had the right occasion: my parents had invited some friends over for dinner, and knowing that in these cases I have to adapt to their demands (Like : no short skirts , no heels too high, nothing too extravagant ... in short, nothing fancy ), I decided to give it a try with this kind of look.
I paired the brocade pants I've taken from Zara Kids last year with the cream silk blouse with a bow from Luisa Spagnoli , which I fell in love at first sight but I wear very infrequently, ballet shoes, loose bun, grandmother's earrings with pearls and here I go!
My parents have been satisfied (although they still had gripes on the bun: too "disheveled " for their tastes) and I at least have not got stuck in a look too trivial !
Since that (as usually happens in these cases ) was one of those boring evenings , with boring speeches, in which my only role was to smile and be nice and polite , at least I raised the whim to try a look a little different from the usual ... what do you think, thumbs up for it ? :)
