Preparare un salsa alle viole ricoprendo una manciata di viole con poco olio e.v.o. e lasciare marinare alcune ore. Tritate le viole insieme a poche noci, qualche filo di erba cipollina, sale, pepe, poi mescolatevi un uovo sodo sbriciolato grossolanamente.
