Assegnati anche i SAG Awards 2012: The Help domina

Nella notte sono stati assegnati gli annuali premi dell'associazione degli attori americani denominati SAG Awards (Screen Actors Guild Awards), la serata di premiazione è avvenuta a Houston e come capita per DGA Awards per i registi anche in questo caso la possibilità che i vincitori prendano poi l'Oscar è molto alta.
Quest'anno dominatore per eccellenza è stato il film sulla segregazione razziale degli anni sessanta intitolato The Help, i premi per il film di Tate Taylor sono stati ben 3.
