At the mirror.

While the Milan Fashion Week is at its best, here in the farawaytown we'll trying to survive... and we're doing it quite well, I must say! :-)
Today is one of the loveliest days September can offer and I'm really happy, productive and challenging (I'm also terribly hungry about sweets, but this is another story I'll try to confess to my tone-up trainer...).
I love September. Today is quite hot, at least from mid-morning. But I'm already in the Autumn mood so my outfit doesn't reflect this sunny day. There's a thing I really love, and it is to wear ankle boots and bare legs, and this is the right time to do this (too freezy in December, and no, I'm not that kind of fashion girl). Moreover, you'll se my nownotsonew leather jacket I'm so proud of because 1. it's of real leather; 2. the leather is soooo soft I couldn't believe it was true and 3. I paid it less than the like-leather version I saw at ZARA!!!

--- (Incredibile come mi venga molto meglio scrivere in inglese e tradurre poi in italiano... Perchè non ci ho mai pensato prima?!?) Mentre la fashion week milanese dà il meglio di sè, qui nella città Molto Lontana (traduzione poco sensata, ma per dirla alla Shrek...) si cerca di sopravvivere... e per dirla tutta ce si sopravvive alla grande!  Oggi è uno di quei giorni spettacolari che settembre sa offrire e sono felice, produttiva e piena di progetti (sono anche perennemente affamata di dolci, ma questa è una storia che cercherò di giustificare alla mia istruttrice di tone-up...). Adoro settembre (forse me ne rendo conto solo ora?). Oggi è abbastanza caldo, per lo meno da metà mattina. Ma io sono già nel mood autunnale e quindi il mio outfit che fra poco vedrete non rispecchia la bellezza della giornata.  Se c'è una cosa che amo, è poter indossare gli ankle boots a gambe nude e questo è il periodo migliore per farlo (le scarpe chiuse sono giustificate per l'aria fresca, e ancora non si gela per il freddo come a dicembre! No, non sono quel tipo di fanciulla che gira a gambe nude - e blu - in dicembre). Inoltre vi mostrerò il mio ormai non più tanto nuovo giubbino in pelle, di cui sono tanto fiera perchè 1. è di vera pelle! 2. la pelle è così morbida che quasi non credevo fosse vera 3. l'ho pagato meno che un modello simile in finta pelle in vendita da ZARA!! Questo è un post allo specchio, e così ci tenevo a ringraziare tutti i gentili specchi incontrati oggi che mi hanno riflessa rendendo possibile questo post! :-) Vi auguro uno stupendo settembre (OK, mancano 10 giorni alla fine, ma vale il pensiero, no?!?)!!!
