Paninoteca, beer shop è questa la mission di Bistrot 35 a Testaccio; il tocco di classe in più la danno la selezione delle materie prime, la location casual e la vostra fame. Entrando in questo grazioso take away dalla volta a botte, ubicato proprio sotto monte dei cocci, noterete ai lati le birre ed i graziosi punti di appoggio per chi vuole fermarsi dopo una faticosa mostra al Macro (lì a due passi nell'ex mattatoio). Se siete nottambuli niente paura!!! Bistrot 35 fa orari da disco o quasi e anche il sottofondo musicale vi farà compagnia nella vostra movida testaccina. I panini hanno svariati gusti che potrete scegliere voi e abbinare a vostro piacere oppure lasciarvi consigliare dalle formule saporite proposte sulla lavagna.
Noi siamo andati sui panini vegetariani, il primo: mozzarella, pomodori secchi, filetti di melanzane sott'olio e funghetti in salsa di tabasco; l'altro panino era composto da: provolone, zucchine, pomodori secchi sott'olio e salsa boscaiola. Il tutto servito in maniera simpatica sul tagliere di legno guarnito da un letto d'insalata. Volete la carne ? nun c'è problema, ce n'è a go go e per quanto riguarda le birre "sbirrazzitevi"; dalle Ipa alle Ale, Weiss, belghe (Kwak, Triple Karmelite, Saison Dupont), Italiane artigianali, fino alle classiche HB. E se vi prende bene c'è il bigliardino per una partitina digestiva in compagnia.

Il sound giusto per un panino che "spakka" è Metro Area, una ventata di beats si diffonde tra i cocci di Testaccio, lungo il profumo sedizioso della vostra fame. Rivolta!DA NON PERDERE: Panino ballato...danza con il panino, yo!!!

----------------------------Bistrot 35 is, most of all, a sandwich and beer house. The casual location, a certain regard for ingredients, and your appetite make the rest. The walls and shelves are flooding with multicoloured bottles of beer and there's a little corner where you can enjoy your food and drink. If you feel exhausted after an exhibition at the Marco museum, this would be your perfect choice. However if you are the party animal type and you love to live the nightlife, this would be your choice again: Bistrot 35 is open almost 24h, so don't be afraid to pop in and recharge your batteries. How? With sandwiches, needless to say. Pick up yourfavourite fillings and combine them to custom your very own one or choose one from the list on the blackboard. There are so many that it is impossible not to find a fave. We went for two vegetarian ones, but meaty panini are available too. So in the first one we found mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, pickled aubergines in tabasco sauce with button mushrooms, and in the second sliced provolone, zucchini, sundried tomatoes and mushroom sauce. Fancy a beer to wash down your food? You might want an Ipa, an ale, an italian craft beer, a trappist (Kwak, Triple Karmelite, Saison Dupont) or an HB... no worries, they are all in the menu.
