Oggi vi parlo della campagna pubblicitaria di Calvin Klein per il suo ultimo profumo da uomo, il suo Reveal Men, che verrà presentata nel mese di febbraio 2015: protagonisti della scena, saranno l’attore inglese Charlie Hunnam – protagonista della serie Sons of Anarchy – e la top model olandese Doutzen Kroes. Su cosa sarà incentrata questa nuova campagna pubblicitaria? La risposta è semplice: sul gioco comunicativo tra vedo-non vedo, firmato da Mert Alas, Marcus Piggott e Doug Lyod.
Specchio dei nostri tempi, la campagna mette in risalto – in un ambiente di alto livello – tutta la ricerca di potere, seduzione e desiderio dei protagonisti, con un uomo che è virile e nello stesso tempo audace, esattamente come si prefigge di essere il profumo, con quella sua nota di zenzero. La fragranza è stata creata da Marypierre Julien, Olivier Gillotin e Rodrigo Flores-Roux della Givaudan insieme con Ann Gottlieb, mentre che, la confezione è stata creata da Sam O’ Donahue.
Today I’m going to talk you about the ad campaign of the Reveal Men parfum by Calvin Klein, that is going to be launched during February 2015: the British actor Charlie Hunnam – well known for his performance on the TV Series Sons of Anarchy – and the Dutch top model Doutzen Kroes, will be the two protagonists of the ad. Once again, the campaign has been designed on a voyeuristic way, as already have made together Mert Alas, Marcus Piggot and Doug Lyod.
Reflection on our actual everyday life, the ad campaign brings on the images the will of power, seduction and desire of the protagonists, with the man who is so masculine and bold on the same time, as it is the parfum, thanks to the ginger fragrance, created by Marypierre Julien, Olivier Gillotin and Rodrigo Flores-Roux (Givaudan) all together with Ann Gottlieb. The packaging design has been designed by Sam O’ Donahue.
