Una delle cose che odio di più riguardo l'abbigliamento "da ufficio" è il classico, banale tailleur grigio/nero da impiegata, corredato dalla più anonima delle camicie bianche e completato da pseudo decollettèe/mocassini generalmente con tacco quadrato di altezza indefinibile. X(
Ammetto di non avere esperienza di questo genere di ambiente lavorativo, ma dubito fortemente che conciarsi così possa in qualche modo giovare all'immagine che si dà di sè e delle proprie competenze professionali...
Per fortuna lo stile per l’abbigliamento a lavoro è molto cambiato, in tempi moderni è stato introdotto un look più casual e, benché i giorni dei completi (presumibilmente ben combinati) non siano ancora scomparsi, lo stile personale e il senso della moda sono più integrati nella visione del tradizionale grigio, nero o blu.
Perciò se proprio non si può evitare di indossare un completo, perchè non sceglierlo con linee più femminili (bellissimi quelli di ispirazione rètro), che valorizzino il corpo, e magari provare colori chiari e luminosi che donino luce al viso?
L'importante è seguire poche semplici regole per essere sicure di non apparire inadeguate:
- La gonna deve essere al ginocchio, più lunga sarebbe sciatta, e più corta sarebbe poco professionale.
- La giacca deve cadere perfettamente. Le maniche (se lunghe) devono arrivare a coprire l’inizio della mano, oltre il polso (...ma perchè non provare una manica 3/4, molto più chic?)
- Scarpe modeste rovineranno l’insieme, le ballerine non sembrano professionali, invece i tacchi (specialmente quellis sottili) migliorano la postura e danno una marcia in più a tutto il look.
- E’ doveroso indossare le calze
- Con gioielli ed accessori ci si può sbizzarrire, ma senza esagerare (è sconsigliabile indossarne troppi, troppo vistosi e appariscenti e quelli spiccatamente "da sera")
Probabilmente non capirò mai il ragionamento che porta una persona ad acquistare ed indossare certe uniformi del tutto impersonali, ma credo che un pizzico di femminilità anche nel mondo lavorativo non guasti, non vi pare? :)
One of the things I hate most about Office attires is the classic, corny grey/black suit, generally accompanied by the most anonymous of white shirts and completed by pseudo decollettèes/moccasins with squared heels of indefinable height. X(I admit I don't have experience in this kind of work environment, but I doubt that this clothing can somehow benefit the image you want to give of yourself and of your professional skills. Luckily for clothing style to work is much changed: in modern times was introduced a more casual look and, although the days of (presumably well combined) suits have not yet disappeared, personal style and fashion sense are more integrated into the vision of the traditional grey, black or blue. So if you can't avoid wearing a suit, why not choose it with more feminine shape (beautiful ones inspired of rètro), that enhance the body and maybe try bright colours and that give light to the face? The important thing is to follow a few simple rules to be sure not to appear inappropriate:- the skirt must be knee-length, longer would be sloppy, and shorter would be unprofessional. -The jacket should wear perfectly. Sleeves (if long) must get to cover the start of the hand, the wrist (... but why not try a 3/4 sleeve, much more chic?) -Modest shoes degrade the whole look, ballerinas don't seem professional, instead heels improve your posture and push your look. -Is it proper to wear tights-With jewelry and accessories you can indulge, but without exaggeration ( not wear too many, too showy and flashy and distinctly " for evening") Probably I will never understand the reasoning that leads a person to purchase and wear certain uniforms so impersonal, but I think a hint of femininity even in a business world couldn't be so bad, isn't it? :)
