Coma Cinema – Abandoned Lands (eng)

Coma Cinema just released a new EP Abandoned Lands, 5 songs of sonic shivers and electric dreams.

Written with the complicicy of Warren Hildebrand (better known with the monicker Foxes in Fiction) and his sequencing skills the album is a one-piece work that flows from song to song without a neat division form one to another. Surely Shy Water stands out even though the rest drowns a little in cacophony and slowed down voice samples.

Perhaps their previous work was better, Blue Suicide, less avant-garde but surely with catchier tunes like Eva Angelina, brilliant dream pop, or the narcotic Blue Suicide.
