A table laden down with the most typical English party food, Victoria sponge, Pimm’s and scones. Gin and tonic a go-go followed by a game of cricket, the Gentleman’s Sport. The sun was shining, but not too much, and the Spice Girls reformed for the day.
Perhaps we’ve changed some opinions about British cuisine, but certainly not about our excessive drinking.
