ECCO shoes!!

Buongiorno a tutti!!!
Stamani vi voglio parlare di un brand di calzature che opera oramai da tanti anni, sto parlando di ECCO!
ECCO conta oltre 17.000 dipendenti che operano in più di 50 paesi, una vera e propria multinazionale che opera in una grande diversità di nazionalità, culture, lingue e contesti.
La sola sede centrale  Danese di ECCO accoglie solo sotto di sé ben oltre 20 nazioni.
I fondatori di Ecco credono che la loro forza derivi dalla diversità, la calorosa e stimolante diversità, li porta a comprendere più profondamente i paesi e le culture in cui operano e offre loro il vantaggio di migliorare la comunicazione con gli affiliati, i reparti e le unità di ECCO sparse in tutto il mondo.
Quasi tutti i dipendenti della sede centrale ECCO e molti altri dipendenti di tutte le sedi centrali sparse nel resto del mondo, hanno partecipato al loro concorso introduttivo "dalla mucca alla scarpa", dove tutti i partecipanti hanno imparato a realizzare le proprie scarpe.
Con questo concorso tutti i partecipanti hanno potuto imparare a conoscere la complessità che c'è dietro alla realizzazione e alla fabbricazione delle calzature, ed un profondo rispetto per i colleghi dei reparti di produzione ECCO.
Inoltre ECCO offre ai propri dipendenti anche corsi avanzati di perfezionamento, in modo tale che i dipendenti possono raggiungere funzioni di livello superiore, attraverso promozioni interne.
Tutto questo viene fatto per rafforzare la rete familiare e per mantenere i loro dipendenti e i loro prodotti al centro del loro business.
Per quanto riguarda i materiali usati, la PELLE è un elemento fondamentale per qualsiasi calzatura firmata ECCO, questa azienda rientra tra i 5 principali produttori al mondo di pelle di alta qualità.
Inoltre cosa molto importante è che le calzature vengono realizzate nella maggior parte a mano da specialisti, anche se in questi anni sono stati aggiunti macchinari per agevolare questi artigiani, ma dobbiamo ricordarci che quasi tutto il lavoro viene svolto a mano!!!!
