Come vi dicevo, il servizio di Vogue Italia si è ispirato ad Ethel Granger, la donna con la vita più piccola della storia. Pare che suo marito, negli anni 30, avese una fissazione per la vita sottile, così lei rinunciò alle nuove linee morbide della moda anni 20 per rimettere il corsetti, sempre più piccoli, fino ad ottenere una vita di 33 cm. Nel frattempo si fece numerosi piercing in tutto il corpo, tramutandosi in un bizzarro ma affascinante personaggio.

She had a husband with a love for small waists, so she started wearing corsets, until she joined a 13 inches measure. She also had several piercing in all her body, a strange thing for that time.She may look very strange of course, but I think she's also very fascinating
