Le stampe sono un vero e proprio tormentone degli ultimi anni, da quelle romantiche floreali a quelle optical ispirate al vintage, quest'estate le abbiamo ammirate anche in versione tropicale.A New York ne ha fatto largo uso Marc Jacobs nella sua omonima linea, foglie e fiori hawaiani si sono trasformati in grafismi monocolore enfatizzati dallo sfondo a seconda molto chiaro o molto scuro, sottolineando un fascino dark e per certi versi bizzarro. Discorso analogo per Fausto Puglisi che però ha scelto solo le palme come simbolo di località marittime e posti da sogno, riproducendole su gonne e abiti con sfumature vivaci; a Parigi Hermés ha invece optato per la vera e propria giungla, pattern simmetrici in verde intenso illuminati da spruzzi di giallo e bianco. Le fantasie in arancione e celeste a contrasto su bianco sull’abito midi di MSGM illuminano l’intero look, sempre coloratissima la scelta di Kenzo con pantaloni morbidi sulle gambe e trama rossa su verde. Revival anni Ottanta per Versus, linea giovane di Donatella Versace, che riprende i verdi brillanti delle camicie di un tempo, mentre Carven gioca con tonalità più pacate e prende ispirazione dalla foresta. Gli accessori? La shopper bag di Proenza Schouler con foglie stilizzate e il foulard violaceo di Matthew Williamson.
Prints had great popularitu in recent years, from the optical to romantic floral vintage inspired, this summer we have admired them even in tropical version. Marc Jacobs made extensive use of them in his line, where leaves and Hawaiian flowers have turned into monochrome graphic elements pushed by a very light or very dark background, emphasizing a dark and somewhat bizarre charm.
Much the same for Fausto Puglisi, but he choose only palms as a symbol of seaside towns and dream places, playing with them on skirts and dresses with bright shades; Hermès in Paris has instead opted for the real jungle, in symmetrical patterns in bright green illuminated by splashes of yellow and white.
The patterns in orange and blue contrasting on white on the midi dress of MSGM light up the entire look; instead colorful as usual, Kenzo play with pants soft on the legs in red on green.
Revival eighties for Versus, the young line of Donatella Versace, who takes over the bright green shirts of the past, while Carven plays with calm shades and an image from forest.
