Una stampa di grandi dimensioni può facilmente sopraffare una donna minuta, così come una fantasia troppo piccola e delicata può risultare poco armoniosa addosso ad una donna alta.
Altri fattori da considerare sono, poi, il posizionamento della stampa e il contrasto dei colori
Se non si sceglie una stampa all over che si ripete su tutto il capo, è meglio valutare attentamente quale parte della figura verrà evidenziata dal posizionamento dell'immagine
Infine ricordiamoci sempre che colori brillanti e vivaci nonché le combinazioni di colori molto contrataste attirano l'attenzione e tendono ad allargare la figura, quindi se non si è più che sicure del'effetto finale meglio affidarsi a toanlità più scure o neutre e con poco contrato tra i colori! ;)
The scale of the floral pattern should align with the frame of the figure wearing it. A large floral pattern can overwhelm a petite woman. A miniature pattern can look too dainty on a woman with a larger frame. Other factors to consider are the placement of the patterns and the contrast of the colors. If the floral is not in a pattern that repeats all over the garment, look closely at which part of the figure is being highlighted by the placement of the print on the body. And keep in mind that bright, bold colors as well as high-contrast color combinations will draw more attention and potentially add more width to the figure, compared with lower contrast, darker or more tonal combinations! ;)
