Here is the result of my recipe for the Swedish pepparkakor: a house much more refined than the 2009 Christmas one, ate and photographed in every way!I hope to inspire you for another year!
Vi posto le misure che ho adottato:I post the measures I have adopted:
tetto (2pz): dimensione A4: 21cm x 29,7 cmfacciata composta da triangolo+rettangolo (2pz): triangolo lato: 21 cm; base: 7,8 cm; rettangolo: 4 cm x 7,8 cmparete laterale (2pz): 4 cm x 29,7 cm
roof (2pc): A4 size: 21cm x 29.7 cmfront consisting of rectangle + triangle (2pc): triangle side: 21 cm, base: 7.8 cm; rectangle: 4 cm x 7.8 cmside wall (2pc): 4 cm x 29.7 cm
Cuocendo sarà impossibile che le varie parti non assumano irregolarità, ma lo sciroppo di acqua (relativamente poca) e zucchero (moltissimo) che terrà assieme il tutto non si fermerà di fronte alle piccole imprecisioni (è peggio dell'attack)
You have just to cut out a shape for each part and put it on the dough stretched by a rolling pin and follow the outline with a knife.
Baking it, it will be impossible to avoid irregularities, but the syrup of water (relatively low water) and sugar (a lot of sugar) will not stop its power in front of some small inaccuracies (it's better than glue)
