Nei precedenti post che trovate qui e qui, abbiamo affrontato il tema dell'ambiente nel quale viviamo.
Sono fermamente convinta che un bell'ambiente condizioni il nostro modo di vivere e di comportarci. Non solo. Una bella casa, ordinata e pulita, è il nostro biglietto da visita.
Chi ci conosce si fa un'idea di ciò che siamo anche guardando la nostra casa, scrutando tra i nostri oggetti e osservando la cura che abbiamo riposto nell'organizzare la nostra casa.

Marie Kondo nel suo libro ci insegna quindi come avere una casa come l'abbiamo sempre desiderata partendo dall'idea di vita alla quale aspiriamo.
Per poter riordinare la casa è quindi necessario liberarla dal superfluo. E' importante però conoscere il metodo giusto per farlo.
Stipare nei cassetti quanta più roba possibile non produrrà alcun beneficio se non un effetto boomerang che ben presto porterà la nostra casa nuovamente nel disordine più totale.
La soluzione, secondo Marie Kondo, è buttare via tutto ciò che non è più in grado di suscitare in noi una emozione positiva.
Esiste però un metodo per affrontare tutto ciò: innanzitutto è necessario dividere gli oggetti per categorie (abiti, libri, piatti, etc) e poi procedere affrontando una categoria per volta.
Il segreto è quello di non affrontare un ambiente alla volta, ma di radunare, a terra, tutti gli oggetti appartenenti ad una stessa categoria in qualunque stanza della vostra casa si trovino.

Una volta effettuato tale lavoro va analizzato oggetto per oggetto e verificato se quell'oggetto è ancora in grado si suscitare in noi una emozione positiva. Qualora non lo sia l'oggetto andrà buttato via.
E' importante partire dalle categorie che possono essere meno legate a emozioni e ricordi. Per questo Marie Kondo suggerisce di partire dagli abiti e completare questo lavoro con le fotografie.
Una volta che avrete completato la selezione di una determinata categoria Marie dà un suggerimento importante: mai far vedere ai familiari ciò che avete buttato via!!
