In the garden.

Mi diverto ad osservare le facce buffe della gente quando dico loro che il mio ragazzo ha un orto; ed effettivamente anche a me suona strano, perchè effettivamente la frase "andiamo a fare una grigliata/a mangiare/a fare una tendata in un orto" ha qualcosa di buffo. In realtà è un luogo in cui stare tranquilli ma anche fare un po' di casino; è poi un modo per mangiare qualcosa di certamente sano. Non sono in generale una grande fan delle verdure, ma le torte salate (quelle sì che mi piacciono, yum) fatte con ingredienti provenienti da qui hanno un altro sapore.I have fun looking at the amusing faces of people when I say that my boyfriend owns a vegetable garden; and it sounds strange to me too because the phrase "we are goung to have a barbecue/lunch or dinner/a camping in a vegetable garden" sounds funny. Actually it is a place where to stay quiet but also make some noise; then it is a way to eat something certainly healthy. I'm not a big fan of vegetables, but savoury pies (I love them, yum) made with ingredients from here have a special taste.
