In the mood for the beach

Il look migliore per andare in spiaggia deve coinciliare due necessità: quella della praticità e quella di non apparire troppo trasandate. Quindi quali sono le dritte da seguire? Vediamole insieme!

Il make-up d'estate non dev'essere troppo pesante; quindi per le giornate al mare, si, ad un tocco di mascara waterproof e un pò di gloss, ma potete anche optare per il look acqua e sapone. Inoltre se non volete apparire troppo pallide, in quanto è la vostra prima giornata al mare, ci sono dei fondotinta solari con protezione, che possono fare al caso vostro.
In genere non amo chi indossa i tacchi alti anche per andare in spiaggia; opterei più su delle espadrillas basse o alte che siano o su delle semplici flip flop colorate (vedi Havaianas).
La borsa da mare dev'essere capiente, affinchè possa contenere tutto ciò che vi occorre, e di fibra naturale e non di pelle come spesso succede di vedere.
Sui costumi potrete sbizzarrirvi a vostro piacimento, poichè c'è ne sono di tutti i tipi e forme. L'importante è scegliere quello giusto per il vostro fisico e se vi piace il mix & match, ben venga! Io di solito scelgo quelli che hanno la parte di sopra a fascia, in modo che non si faccia quel segno, non tanto carino da vedere, soprattutto se di sera indossate un abitino senza spalline.
Per l'abbigliamento, scegliete tessuti leggeri e non sintetici...bellissimi gli abiti fatti a camicia, shorts colorati o in denim, caftani dal richiamo orientale o abitini total white in pizzo sangallo.
Mai rinunciare al cappello, non solo perchè è di moda, ma serve anche per coprirsi durante le ore in cui il sole comicia a scottare di più. Sta a voi scegliere, poi, il modello che più vi piace, tra quelli a falda larga o i fedora rigorosamente in paglia o in rafia.
Gli occhiali da sole per proteggere gli occhi dai raggi UV sono altrettanto importanti. Se volete essere al passo con la moda, i modelli più in, sono quelli con forma da gatta o tondi( tipo Persol) in tonalità neutre, dai colori vivaci o tartarugati.
Se volete aggiungere un tocco glamour al vostro outfit da spiaggia, vanno molto di moda i cosidetti decenarios, bracciali-rosario originari dell’America Latina realizzati a mano, di filo intrecciato, con una crocetta appesa sull’estremità, disponibili in diversi colori.
Infine non dimenticate l'occorrente da riporre in borsa. Il telo mare o il pareo extra large, più leggero del primo e meglio trasportabile, abbronzanti e protezioni per corpo, labbra, e capelli, uno specchietto da borsa, un costume di ricambio, qualcosa per tirare su i capelli, per chi li ha lunghi e i vostri effetti personali, come cellullare, portafoglio/portamonete, etc.
