La gara, prodotta e realizzata in HD andrà in diretta sul network americano: l’accordo presentato oggi in Italia e negli Stati Uniti
International Roller Cup, la gara più spettacolare al mondo di pattinaggio artistico a rotelle, allarga ulteriormente i propri orizzonti e sbarca anche negli Stati Uniti grazie ad un accordo con ESPN, il più importante network per la trasmissione di eventi sportivi del mondo.
L’intesa, discussa nei mesi scorsi, è stata annunciata ufficialmente oggi, in modo congiunto da IRC ed ESPN, in Italia e negli Stati Uniti, e prevede la trasmissione in diretta dell’evento del prossimo 4 dicembre al PalaPanini di Modena sul canale WatchEPSN.com.
La gara di pattinaggio artistico a rotelle che riunisce i migliori atleti del mondo sarà visibile in tutto il continente americano su computer e su tutte le piattaforme, dagli smartphones ai tablets di ultima generazione, in diretta live dall’Italia e per le successive repliche.

ESPN3 joins the International Roller Cup, the most amazing context of figure roller skating in the world

ESPN3 and International Roller Cup collaborate on the American market to spread the passion and the show of figure roller skating. With the exclusive deal, ESPN3 will be entitled to carry live the most amazing figure roller skating event of the world in the United States.
Eventually becoming a discipline mature for a modern and professional management, roller skating was born as a simple amusement and quickly evolved in a cultural phenomenon. In three years International Roller Cup has become the ultimate challenge for figure roller skating, thanks to the perfect balance of sport and entertainment at their maxim levels. 16 skaters from all over the world, this year coming from 7 different countries from Europe to South America, divided in 4 teams will challenge each other through the main disciplines: female and male solo, figure and dance couple will alternate on Pala Panini’s rink with live performances from the best athletes. Among them there will be Kyle and Heather Turley, the American couple winner of 2011 Gold Medal at National, both as couple, male and female single: United States will also be represented by Joshua Rhoads, former National Champion and senior member World Team for USA from 1998 to 2008.
