I'm so happy to show these pictures with you! When I was there I always thought: "I have to post on my blog all these fabulous places..I can't wait..!" and finally I'm here to post my first day in Istanbul. First of all, me and my boyfriend think to visit the popular Grand Baazar, a market of 12 kilometers where all the Turkish people buy carpets, lamps, tea, bag, accessories and all they need for where they live. I bought there a strange hat, you'll see tomorrow and many packages of Apple tea, the best Turkish tea that I tasted, I think. Then we ate a Kebap for lunch and we spent the early afternoon at the Spicy Bazaar and the rest hours in the famous Topkapi, the old Sultan Palace. Inside there were all the most precious jewels that I've never seen and his "home" was one of the biggest building of the city. The view from the Topkapi was amazing, I saw all the bosphere! I was so happy to discovered that with the Turkish lira I could buy all at low prices! When we was in the bazaar instead in front of us we saw a mosque and we tried to visit inside and you can see the pictures here. They are so different from the Christian Churches. I visited other 2 beautiful mosques but you'll see them tomorrow! Do you believe me if I told you that I meet one of my follower there?ahah, It was amazing! Sono così contenta di mostrarvi queste immagini! Mi trovavo a scattare fotografie e ogni volta pensavo: " Non vedo l'ora di mostrare tutto ai miei lettori..che posti fantastici!" e finalmente eccomi qui a condividere come ho trascorso il primo giorno ad Istanbul. Innanzitutto, io e il mio fidanzato come non potevamo visitare immediatamente il popolare Grand Bazaar, un mercato lungo 12 km famoso per i suoi oggetti tipici? Tappeti, lampade, narghilè,oggetti d'arredamento ma anche accessori foulard, borse insomma tutto quello che i turchi sono soliti comprare per loro e per la loro casa. Ho subito comprato un cappello tipico (stranissimo, lo vedrete nel prossimo post) e numerosi pacchi di thè alla mela, il migliore che io abbia mai assaggiato, lo ammetto! Dopo qualche ora trascorsa lì abbiamo pranzato velocemente con un Kepap e ci siamo diretti verso il Bazaar delle Spezie e il famosissimo Topkapi, il palazzo del Sultano. Cosa ci sarà dentro casa di un sultano? Gioielli e oro in quantità ed è una delle costruzioni più grandi della città con una vista a dir poco stupenda, la potete vedere nelle ultime foto. Vicino ai bazaar abbiamo notato una moschea (non una delle più famose però, quelle le vedrete domani) ci siamo entrati e ne sono rimasta affascinata, completamente diverse dalle chiese cristiane che hanno comunque un fascino loro. Mi credete se vi dico che ho anche incontrato una mia follower lì? E' stato strano...e bello ovviamente! Riguardo l'outfit..i gioielli Queriot sempre con me e indosso un caldo cappotto Relish.
