ITA Il Pacco del Trasloco - ENG The Relocation Package

Il cosiddetto relocation package e' uno dei punti chiave di negoziazione nei contratti degli expat: il datore di lavoro si puo' far carico del costo del trasloco, del costo dell'affitto o dell'acquisto di mobilio, dell'assistenza per fare i visti, trovare casa, .. insomma, di coprire  spese e offrire assistenza per facilitare l'inizio  in un nuovo posto del lavoratore e della sua famiglia.
Al nostro prossimo espatrio ci sara' anche un altro relocation package da  esaminare: il mio. Perche' stavolta voglio vincere un pacchetto di trasloco,con tanto di fiocco, non ritrovarmi un trasloco pacco.
Nel mio relocation package sono comprese quelle spese e quei servizi da me dichiarati ufficialmente utili per facilitare l'inizio in un nuovo posto della mia persona una e trina (Valentina, Mamma di Viatrix, Moglie del Senator) e conseguentemente garantire la fornitura di benessere psicologico, organizzativo e culinario di cui provvedo giornalmente la mia famiglia. Se il lato spese non dara' particolari problemi (non sono una esosa), la negoziazione sui servizi sara' tosta perche' per la maggior parte non si trattera' di prestazioni ne'
a carico del datore ne' a carico del Senator: o e' la candidata destinazione a offrirli, o ciccia.
Oh si, l'avventura di vivere all'estero e conoscere nuovi mondi e' bella, ma dopo aver esaminato i pro e i contro di tutti i posti dove ho orbitato per almeno un mese negli ultimi trentadue anni (Torino, Pavia, Dublino, Varsavia, Bruxelles, Milano, Ginevra), inizio ad avere un'idea piu' precisa di cosa sia bello nell'avventura e di cosa sia utile nel vivere quotidiano.
Articolo 1
1. Il luogo di relocation del marito expat  deve essere una citta'.(Bella la natura, l'aria pulita, il lago e le montagne, ma in questa fase della vita mi servono servizi, non caprette). Ma non una citta' qualsiasii:
1.1. Una citta' con una metropolitana o altro servizio di trasporti  funzionante, abbastanza pulito e sicuro.
1.2  Una citta' dove prendere un taxi, in caso di bisogno, costi meno di andare in treno/aereo in Italia.
1.3 Una citta' con un aeroporto nelle vicinanze servito da collegamenti low costs.
1.4 Una citta' dove servizi, negozi e locali siano predisposti per clienti dal reddito normale, non per milionari.
1.5. Una citta' dove i negozi non chiudano dalle 12 alle 14 e poi alle sei di pomeriggio.
1.6. Una citta' dove donne delle pulizie e baby sitter non costino 25 euro all'ora.
1.7. Una citta' dove esistano i bidoni della spazzatura e i rifiuti sono raccolti piu' di due volte alla settimana (se avete mai vissuto a Bruxelles sapete a cosa mi riferisco: ai tempi mi fu suggerito dal padrone di casa di conservare il pattume nella vasca, in attesa del E'FINALMENTEVENERDI'E'ILGIORNODELPATTUME)
1.8 Una citta' dove almeno un supermercato (quello vicino alla nostra abitazione) faccia le consegne a domicilio se mi finisce il latte e il detersivo mentre il Senator e' in giro per il mondo mentre fuori c'e' la tempesta del Secolo.
1.9  Una citta' dove ci siano almeno due posti dove scegliere di prendere un take away se una sera non riesco a preparare la cena perche' ho fatto altro. (KFC e un cinese vanno benissimo, grazie)
1.10 Una citta' dove lavare un pezzo di stoffa in tintoria non costi un quarto del prezzo del pezzo di stoffa e la consegna sia in massimo tre giorni, non minimo una settimana.
1.11 Una citta' dove ci sia ancora qualcuno che faccia gli orli ai pantaloni per una cifra ragionevole.
In teoria la bozza continua cosi':
Articolo 2. Il luogo di relocation del marito expat deve offrire  alla moglie expat la possibilta' di trovare amicizie belle e durature
Articolo 3. Il luogo di relocation del martio expat deve offrire  alla moglie expat la possibilta' di trovare un lavoro part time figo o  di aprire la propria  attivita' con successo
Ma se la spunto ad ottenere le condizioni di cui all'articolo 1 (e suoi commi), sono fiduciosa di aver abbastanza tempo giornaliero per trovarmi da sola le possibilita' di cui  agli articoli 2 e 3.
Avete altri suggerimenti, soprattutto a ragion veduta dei vostri passati e presenti traslochi?
ENG The  Relocation Package
The so-called relocation package is one of the key points of negotiation in the expat contracts: the employer can agree to bear the cost of the move, the cost of the rental, of the furniture purchase, etc. He can help to make the visa , to find a home etc. In short, he can offer to cover the expenses and provide the assistance to promote the start of a new life in a new place for the worker and his family.
At our next relocation, there will be another relocation package to be examined: my one. This time I want to get a relocation package with a bow, not just ending up with thousand relocation boxes.In my relocation package are included all those expenses and those services that are officially declared by me as necessary to promote the start of my new life in a new place as a triple personality (Valentina, Viatrix Mom,  Senator Wife) and therefore ensure the psychological, organizational and culinary support that I daily provide to  my family. If the expenses chapter will not give  any special problems (I'm not a greedy type), the negotiation about the services will be tough 'cause most of  them can't be provided nether by the employer' nor by the Senator: either the the candidate destination to offer them, or there won't be a deal.
Oh yes, it is a great adventure to live abroad and discover new worlds, but after examining the pros and cons of all the places I have been living or at least orbiting around for at least few weeks in the past thirty two years (Turin, Pavia, Dublin, Warsaw , Brussels, Milan, London, Barcelona, Paris, Geneva), I begin to have idea of what is a great adventure and what is helpful in the everyday life, wherever I am.
  Article 1
1. The place of the expat husband's relocation must be a city . (Yes, the nature is beautiful,  I love clean air, lake and mountains, but at this stage of life I need services, not goats). A city doesn't mean any city, as it must be:
1.1. A city with a subway or other transit service running, reasonably clean and safe.
1.2 A city where to take a taxi, in case of need, costs less than going by train / plane to Italy.
1.3 A city with a nearby airport served by low cost connection.
1.4 A city where services and shops are designed for customers with a regular income, not for millionaires.
1.5. A city where  the shops don't close all from 12 to 14 and then at six in the afternoon.
1.6. A city where cleaning ladies and baby sitters don't charge minimum 25 euros per hour.
1.7. A city where there are rubbish bins and the waste are collected more than twice a week (If you have ever lived in Brussels you know what I mean: I was suggested by the landlord to store the garbage in the bath in the wait of the ITSFINALLYFRIDAYITSGARBAGEDAY)
1.8 A city where at least one supermarket (the one near our home) does home deliveries if I end up with no milk and detergent while the Senator is around the world and outside is going on the Storm of the Century.
1.9 A city where there are at least two places where I can choose a take away dinner if one evening I dont want to cook (KFC and a Chinese are fine, thanks)
1.10 A city where to wash clothes at the dry cleaners do not cost a quarter of the price of clothes and they are ready in maximum three days, not in minimum one week.
1.11 A city where there is still someone who charges a reasonable fee to hem trousers.
In theory, the draft continues like this:
Article 2. The relocation place of the expat husband  has to offer to the expat wife the possibility of finding beautiful and lasting friendships
Article 3. The relocation place of he expat husband  has to offer to the expat wife the possibility of finding a cool part time job or to open her own business with success.
But if I manage to obtain the conditions laid down in Article 1 (and its subsections), I amconfident I will have enough time to get myself the possibilities referred in Articles 2 and 3.
