L'atelier di Giuseppe Fioroni ha offerto a chi ha accettato il suo invito ore preziose di emozione e esperienza. 
Avrei voluto dire semplicemente gioia, che il grande sorriso di Rita esprime quando ti accoglie al tuo arrivo, ma non solo. Lo spazio luminoso e chiaro lascia che i quadri dalle pareti sprigionino la loro vitalità e le figure ne balzino fuori con la loro poetica bizzarria. 
Il mondo pittorico di Fioroni è stato avvicinato a Fellini e a Chagall, ma la sua personalità ha un peso troppo preponderante per parlare di influenze subite.The atelier of Giuseppe Fioroni has offered precious hours of excitement and experience to those who have accepted his invitation. 
I wanted to say just joy, the joy Rita expresses when she welcomes you with her sincere smile, but there's more than that. The bright and clear wide space lets the paintings give off their vitality  from the walls and the figures get out with their poetic whimsy and charme. 
The pictorial world of Fioroni has been related to Chagall and Fellini , but his personality has a  too overwhelming weight to talk about influences.


La sua energia è contagiosa e nel suo propagarsi crea armonia intorno.
Le figure in ceramica hanno una grazia benevola, assorte nel loro smalto lucente, sono ritratti che fissano, in un gesto carico di significato, il sunto di un'esistenza. 
Allo stesso modo, nei presepi il gioco del pensiero e della ricerca non cancella mai la magia che l'infanzia vi dipinge dopo averli plasmati.His energy is contagious and creates harmony in its spread around.

C'erano anche le teche dei gioielli di Tosti, opere originali di artisti innovativi oppure follemente antiquati come il pazientissimo creatore romano dei superbi micromosaici. 
Qui l'artigianato è uno sport estremo... 
Mancava la musica di Peppe a causa dell'infortunio al braccio, ma il buffet generosissimo del Déco Hotel, dove abbondavano ostriche freschissime e jamon iberico eccelso (forse dovrei scrivere tutto doverosamente in lettere maiuscole), provvedeva un contrappunto gustativo alla bellezza intorno.There were also on display a few wonderful cases of Tosti jewelry,  original works by innovative artists or insanely antiquated like the most patient proud creator of micromosaics. 
Here craft is an extreme sport... 
There was no music due to Peppe's impossibility to play, but the generous buffet of Art Deco Hotel, where fresh oysters abounded and jamon iberico excelled (maybe I should write it all dutifully in capital letters), ensured a gustatory counterpoint to the beauty around.


Il respiro si allarga da Fioroni. 
Il suo orizzonte artistico, dove le figure non creano confini e limiti, ma suggeriscono spazi emotivi e storie intense, richiama le musiche ora saltellanti ora solenni ma non troppo di Nino Rota oppure canzoni tradizionali o moderne che hanno messo radici profonde nel cuore di molti.The breath is increased at Fioroni's place.

Nel catalogo, l'anonimo traduttore ha reso “maestro” con “teacher” ovviamente sbagliando, ma sarebbe davvero bello se Fioroni potesse insegnare come un “teacher” la sua creatività, la sua gentilezza, la sua libertà. 
Vorrei aggiungere, la sua umiltà, quella che fa sì che i suoi lavori non siano spocchiosamente illeggibili e distanti, ma che vengano incontro e accolgano l'osservatore nel loro spazio emozionale, tenero, esuberante o dolcemente autoironico come il mondo del circo, dove la bravura del giocoliere acrobata indossa anche i panni coloratissimi del pagliaccio maldestro e la musica non manca mai.In the catalogue, the anonymous translator has rendered " maestro" with the obviously wrong word “teacher”, but it would be really nice if Fioroni could teach as a " teacher " his creativity, his kindness, his freedom. 
I would add  his humility, so that his works are not unreadable and distant, but welcome the viewer into their emotional space, tender, exuberant or gently self-deprecating like the world of the circus, where the skill of a juggling acrobat also wears the colorful clothes of a clumsy clown and where the music never fails.
