My 2014 will be dyed shades of blue,lilac and purple as dictated by fashion and will smell of lavender under the best auspices .
This medicinal plant,as well as being associated with legends,rituals and spells,has many beneficial properties against insomnia,stress,high blood pressure and headaches,as it acts as a calming and balancing the nervous system.
Extensive use has been made also in cosmetics,in herbal medicine and in the kitchen.
I recently had the opportunity to learn about and experience a new line of certified organic products coming from the chain Italian Lavanda del Lago which is located on Lake Garda between the scent that intoxicates the fields,terraces and gardens on the banks.

Largo uso ne è stato fatto anche nella cosmesi,nell’erboristeria e in cucina.
Recentemente ho avuto l’occasione di conoscere e sperimentare una nuova linea di prodotti biologici  certificati,provenienti dalla filiera italiana Lavanda del Lago che sorge sul Lago di Garda tra il profumo che inebria i campi, le terrazze e i giardini sulle rive.
