P O P U P ! V I D E O W A L L

Cari amici,

POP UP! sta realizzando un appuntamento dal titolo POPUP! VIDEOWALL che si terrà ad Ancona dal 25 giugno al 25 luglio 2011

L'idea è quella di ospitare una rassegna di video, filmati, animazioni, stop motion, degli artisti che sono stati ospiti delle scorse edizioni del festival POPUP!, comprese la Convention di poster e stencil art.

Vi invitiamo a inviare in formato DVD una selezione di video, girati da voi o da altri, durante la realizzazione dei vostri lavori su muri, strade, edifici, treni, ecc. di tutto il mondo.

POPUP! VIDEOWALL sarà presentato:

-a VIDEODROMO (www.videodromo.it), spazio espositivo di Ancona dedicato alla video arte, con un'istallazione site specific della durata di un mese (25 giugno-25 luglio);

-al LAZZARETTO CINEMA, arena cinematografica presso la Mole Vanvitelliana di Ancona, con una serata di proiezioni su grande schermo degli stessi video.

POPUP! VIDEOWALL è organizzato da MAC Manifestazioni Artistiche Contemporanee e curato da Allegra Corbo eWilliam Vecchietti

Dear friends,

we are organizing an event called POPUP! VIDEOWALL which will takes place in Ancona from 25^th June to 25^th July 2011

Our idea is to show videos, films, animations, stop motions made by the artists which took part in the previous POPUP! festivals, including the poster and stencil art conventions.

We invite you to send on a DVD format a selection of your videos, shooted by you or by others, showing the making of your works on walls, streets, buildings, trains, etc., all over the world.

The POPUP! VIDEOWALL project will be presented:

- at VIDEODROMO (www.videodromo.it), an exhibition room in Ancona dedicated to Video Art, with a site specific installation one month long (25^th June - 25^th July);

- during a wide screen projection night at the LAZZARETTO CINEMA, a cinema arena inside the Mole Vanvitelliana in Ancona .
