I’ve used just simple ingredients to make these lovely Italian omelettes! Egg + parmesan cheese + tomatoes + corguettes + bresaola
Put some bresaola sleeves in a baking pan for muffins in order to make little cups.
Make 3 mixes:
- eggs and tomatoes
- eggs and cooked corguettes
- just eggs
in every mix add some salt, pepper and grated parmesan cheese.
Put the mixes inside the bresaola cups (no too full!).
Cook in the oven for about 10 minutes. Keep on checking. Leave in the oven for about 3 minutes with the oven off before taking them out.I hope the pics will help you to understand, it’s very easy!
