MFW | Day 2 diary - Paperblog

Il secondo giorno della #MFW è stato all'insegna della tranquillità.
Pochi ma importanti appuntamenti che mi hanno permesso di godermi appieno la giornata, di curiosare per le vie di Milano più con occhi da turista e meno con quelli di fashion blogger e di sopportare anche più a lungo i tacchi alti, come avete visto nel mio ultimo look.
The second day of #MFW was quite relaxed.
I had a few but special meetings, that allowed me to enjoy my time in Milan more as a turist and less as a fashion blogger. In this way I was able to endure even longer high heels, as you saw in my latest look.
La mattina è stata caratterizzata dalla sfilata fuori calendario di Angelo Marani, che tra frange, pellicce ecologiche e capi caratterizzati da patchwork di colori vitaminici, mi ha letteralmente conquistata.Uno show divertente, fresco e piacevole. E poi è sempre un'esperienza gratificante poter andare nel backstage, toccare con mano la collezione, scambiare quattro chiacchiere con lo stilista (che è molto simpatico e alla mano) e scoprire il perché del motivo a cerchi argentati dell'invito alla sfilata: perfettamente en pendant con le calzature delle modelle.Una sensibilità e una finezza uniche che mi ha fatto apprezzare maggiormente il lavoro dello stilista, che seguo con piacere da qualche anno.
During the morning I've participated to Angelo Marani's fashion show, that has conquered me with fringes, faux fur outwear and clothes characterized by patchworks of colorful shades.
A fresh, young and nice catwalk. In addition it was amazing to have a little conversation in the backstage with Angelo Marani, that is a very genuine person, as well as a talented designer.
It was amazing to discover that the invitation perfectly matched with the shoes wore by models on the runway.
A great sensitivity that made me appreciate even more the work of the designer, which I follow with pleasure for a few years. MFW | Day 2 diary

Nel pomeriggio mi sono recata a Palazzo Morando per partecipare alla Vogue Experience Q&A organizzata da Vogue Italia: "A conversation with Marcelo Burlon".Marcelo è stato molto simpatico, disponibile e senza filtri. Non si è fatto problemi a mettersi a nudo, a raccontare con tranquillità il suo passato burrascoso e a spiegare la sua favola personale, che dalle incontaminate terre della Patagonia, dove è nato e dove tuttora vive la sua famiglia, è approdato sulla scena musicale milanese, dove ha incontrato stilisti e personaggi influenti che lo hanno accompagnato fino al debutto di County of Milan, che dalla prossima stagione avrà anche una linea donna (qui il post).
In the afternoon I went to Palazzo Morando to participate to Vogue Experience Q&A conference organized by Vogue Italia: "A conversation with Marcelo Burlon".
Marcelo is smart, funny, quiet and sensible. He told us his personal story and of his brand, from the beginning in Patagonia, where he was born, to Milan with the foundation of County of Milan, that from the next S/S season will have a womenswear collection next to the menswear's one (here the post).
Ultimo appuntamento della giornata, il party di Adidas Originals x Italia Independent. Adidas e Lapo Elkann si sono uniti per creare un esclusivo modello della sneaker Adidas ZX Flux. La scarpa, così come la location della festa, animata dal bravissimo Dj Cassidy che ci ha fatto ballare fino a tarda notte, è il perfetto connubio tra l'anima sport e dinamica di Adidas e lo stile contemporaneo e irriverente di Italia Independent.
Last appointment of the day, Adidas Originals x Italia Independent exclusive party. Adidas and Lapo Elkann have decided to cooperate to create an innovative version of the ZX Flux sneaker by Adidas. The shoe, as well as the party location, is a perfect mix between the sporty and dynamic soul of Adidas and the contemporary and fresh style of Italia Independent.
During the party the great Dj Cassidy made us dance till late at night. It was the best way to close a great day. MFW | Day 2 diary
