MFW September 2013: Furla presentation

The new SS14 collection of Furla brand takes inspiration from nature, enhanced even more by a video installation by the artist David Bedoni, flanked by images of the Chinese photographer Chen Man.  Shapes, materials and details express a message of neo-elegance, the palette alternates natural tones like the moon, the maple and the parchment shades of blue as the dew and the atlantic, to the pastel tones of dawn and Apricot. In addition to classics such as print calf leather Ares and the goat, accented with glossy and matte effects and the color block, we have the summer pony and coconut nappa. For this season the iconic Candy Bag is reinterpreted in new stylistic,forms, but it is the new it-bag Furla that fully expresses the elegance, tradition and craftsmanship. Comfortable hand or shoulder is enriched with a clever mix of soft leather as the pony and saffiano calf as well as the effect of the combination chromatic light / dark.
La nuova collezione SS14 del brand Furla prende ispirazione dalla natura, esaltata ancor di più da un' installazione video dell'artista Davide Bedoni, affiancata dalle immagini della fotografa cinese Chen Man. Forme, materiali e dettagli esprimono un messaggio di neo-eleganza; la palette alterna toni naturali come il luna, l'acero ed il pergamena alle sfumature dell'azzurro come il rugiada e l'atlantic, fino alle nuance pastello dell'alba e dell'apricot. Accanto ai pellami classici come il vitello stampa Ares e la capra, esaltati da effetti  lucidi ed opachi e dal color block, abbiamo il summer pony ed il cocco nappato.  Anche per questa stagione l'iconica Candy Bag viene reinterpretata in nuove visioni stilistiche, ma è la nuova it-bag Furla che esprime appieno l' eleganza, la tradizione e l' artigianalità. Comoda a mano o a tracolla si arricchisce di un mix sapiente di pellami morbidi come il pony ed il vitello saffiano nonchè dell'accostamento cromatico dall'effetto chiaro/scuro.
