Day 3 and day 4 of MFW

Moschino: Rossella Jardini work for the S/S 2013 show can be seen with two lenses: the B&W one with graphic and linear style, clean lines, metallic inserts, stripes, geometric metallic inserts and swaroski pumps and then the colorful part: it was a modern version of 60s and 70s style, flower prints, bright colors with contrast-coloured details.  We can see the real Moschino essence in this show!Milan Fashion Week Review - Day 3 and 4Milan Fashion Week Review - Day 3 and 4Milan Fashion Week Review - Day 3 and 4Milan Fashion Week Review - Day 3 and 4Milan Fashion Week Review - Day 3 and 4

§Blumarine: It's been a rainbow of colors. The show started with white, went on with pastel tones (light blue, dusty pink, faded yellow) and ended with total black outfits.
There was a kind of decorativism: flowers and geometric delightful patterns made of incrustations/applications.
Cotton, silk, leather for the day. Lace and transparencies for the night. Practical and stylish during the day, sexy and mysterious during the night.

Versace: The show began with a sexy boom and ended with a bigger sexier boom.
Neutral earth tones (beige, oranges, light blue), geometric lace, bondage leather boots. Cuts on the dresses. 70's maybe 90's style. It's a mix. Color palette is wide: all warm colors.
When the night is on gold/metal chains/fringes enrich long sexy dresses. A bit gypsy, a bit arab, a bit Versace's sexyness.

§Bottega Veneta: Bon ton women. Innocent mood, clean faces.Tomas Mayer took inspiration from 40s. Longuette dresses and skirts, simple flower prints enriched with precious materials. It could look like a vintage runway but the Bottega Veneta essense is all there.

Colorful yes, but in a very delicate and elegant way. It's not bold but it's absolutely chic!

§FendiEasy dresses, delicate colors, italian style.Colours are so soft, light with pastel shades; texture and materials are really rich (leather, crocodile leather). Tunics for daytime, classic Fendi F giant prints. Wide shoulder, and fur inserts too for skirts! A geometric use of colours!

Black, grey and full crystals dresses for night time mixed with metallic coloured shoes.
Sophisticated, and as I said, very italian glamour!
§

Emilio Pucci: A dream show! It is all exclusively based on black and white.

Light, super light materials for a see-through effect. Transparencies. Sexyness, of course!
It's an incredible show because there was such a new kind of minimalism mixed with Pucci decorativism. Superb combination!
Kimonos, dragons, japanese culture was in the vibe.
I imagined this show as a love story: contrast (black against white, dragons, flowers) and then love: the final long dress was red, red passion!
