Forbes ha stilato la classifica delle donne più potenti del mondo. Una grandissima donna della moda, e che donna, la prima italiana: Miuccia Prada, al 58 posto.
A rappresentare il settore fashion, oltre a Miuccia Prada, troviamo Anna Wintour, Rosalia Mera, Tory Burch, Diane von Furstenberg e Sara Blakely.
Peccato che l’Huffington Post Italia, qualche giorno fa dia la notizia sulla pagina Facebook in un modo un po’ strano: mettendo cioè in prima pagina Gisele Bundchen, classificata al 95. Un po’ bassina. Però indossa un miniabito.
La classifica è guidata per la terza volta consecutiva da Angela Merkel, e l’HuffPost ha ripetuto ieri, la notizia su Facebook, inserendo però una foto della Merkel, che è al primo posto.
Per noi del mondo della moda è davvero strana questa vicenda: tutti sanno che Miuccia Prada è più importante della Bundchen, in un certo senso. Si tratta anche di un personaggio conosciuto a livello planetario, per cui non c’era motivo per non inserirla. Quando la smetteremo di limitare le notizie dedicate al mondo femminile inserendo la modella anziché la designer?

Too bad the Huffington Post Italy, a few days ago to give the news on the Facebook page in a somewhat strange way, putting that on the front page Gisele Bundchen, ranked 95. Not a very high ranking, indeed. But in the picture she is wearing a minidress.
The ranking is led for the third consecutive time by Angela Merkel, and the HuffPost repeated yesterday the news on Facebook, however, by inserting a photo of the German Prime Minister.
For those working in the world of fashion it is really strange: everyone knows that Miuccia Prada is more important than Bundchen, in a sense. Miuccia is also well known world-wide, so there was no reason not to insert her picture. This is what Fashion Magazine did, just to say one name. When will we stop to write the news dedicated to women inserting the pic of the model ranked 95 instead of the designer ranked 58?
