My Home: The Change...

Buon Lunedì, ve l'avevo promesso vero? E' un mese che vi dico che ho cambiato l'arredo di casa, l'ho spogliata di tante cianfrusaglie in serie, ho tolto dettagli vezzosi e ho provato a riarredarla senza spendere nulla, solo togliendo e sistemando in maniera diversa gli oggetti. Era ora che vi facessi vedere il risultato: qui sotto è com'era e veramente riguardandola non mi piace, non so come facevo a starci, così piena e con elementi uguali a tante case. Guardate dietro la poltrona, la mensola lunga, con porta candele, scritta francese, pigna decorativa e chi più ne ha più ne metta...

Ora guardate l'ingresso oggi, solo qualche dettaglio: scritta francese tolta, troppo in serie, borse, ghirlanda... .... solo un capello, un boumerang  australiano originale e semplici cornici Ribba.

Seguono altri dettagli di casa, tutti molto personali, oggetti di famiglia, come la lanterna arruginita e il quadro a telaio che arriva dal Perù... .... e tanto, tanto legno non sbiancato ma che mostra tutta la sua bellezza. Questo, ora l'ho capito, è il vero country: essenziale, personale, ora la casa è davvero calda, ora ho trovato la mia dimensione, ora non cambierei nulla, ora, quando entro in un negozio, non faccio nomi, di arredi shabby, country e altri termini, non provo più interesse perchè mi sembra tutto uguale. Questo è : LESS IS MORE ora l'ho capito!
