Oggi vorrei parlarvi di Airbnb, un sito che ho usato molto spesso per i miei viaggi e mi sono sempre trovata molto bene.
Non lo avete mai sentito? Non importa, ora vi spiego che cos’è! Airbnb è un marketplace per l’affitto di spazi abitativi.
Il sito non fa altro che mettere in contatto persone che hanno a disposizione uno spazio abitativo libero, con quelle che stanno cercando un posto dove alloggiare.
In Airbnb avrete quindi la possibilità :
- di cercare una sistemazione, avete poi vari filtri per la scelta;
- di mettere in affitto un letto, una stanza o anche l’intera casa in cambio di una retribuzione ovviamente.
Se state organizzando un viaggio ma non trovate l’hotel adatto alle vostre esigenze, vi consiglio di fare un giro su Airbnb.
Come vi ho già detto prima, potrete filtrare la vostra scelta e più precisamente potrete filtrare su una zona particolare della città dove volete andare, in base al prezzo che volete spendere, oppure in base, ovviamente, a quante persone siete, e infine sul tipo di alloggio: appartamento, casa, affitto di sola stanza ecc..
Quando entrate nel’inserzione che vi interessa, troverete la mappa per vedere dove si trova l’immobile, le indicazioni dell’host, ossia colui che vi offre ospitalità, un calendario con i prezzi e le disponibilità ed infine i commenti di chi c’è già stato. Non sottovalutate mai quest’ultimo punto in quanto potrebbe essere in moti casi la vostra salvezza!
Il Customer Care è eccellente, io ho avuto un problema con il un host nell’ultima mia prenotazione e loro si sono subito premurati di darmi assistenza, devo dire che il servizio è veramente ottimo.
Personalmente l’esperienza di scegliere di alloggiare presso qualcuno piuttosto che in hotel, inizialmente non mi convinceva molto, adesso invece la consiglierei a tutti. I miei host sono stati tutti super disponibili e mi hanno dato sempre tanti consigli utili. Se non avete ancora provato questo sito fatelo, non vene pentirete! Se avete poi altre domande chiedete pure, ben felice di esservi aiutarvi!
The website connect people that have a free space in house with people that are looking for a place to stay for the night. In Airbnb you will be able to : - find an accommodation. You have a lot of filters to choose; - to rent a bed, a room or also an house, obviously in change of money. If you are planning a trip and you haven’t found a right hotel for your needs, I suggest you to take a look to Airbnb. You can refine your search for a specific zone of the city, for price, for how many people that need a place to stay, or for the type of accommodation: apartments, room, house… When you find a place that you are interested, you can look in the map where is it, the host informations (host is the person that rent the place), a calendar with the prices and the availability and the reviews of the people that already stayed there. Don’t underestimate ever this last point because it would be your salvation in a lot of cases!!! The Customer Care is absolutely excellent, I’ve had a problem in my last reservation and they solved my problem in a few hours. Personally I recommend the experience to use Airbnb. My hosts were always very friendly, helpfully and they gave me a lot of useful tips. If you didn’t tried it before, I suggest you to do it right now! You will not regret it!
