OH MY TREND! #12: stripes

Oggi nella rubrica OH MY TREND!, dedicata alle tendenze moda provenienti dalle passerelle e dallo street style, parliamo di righe.
Il trend dei capi rigati esiste da anni (basti pensare ai look marinière), non ha niente di avant-garde, ma mai come quest'anno si era imposto con così tanta forza.
Con le righe potete sbizzarrirvi: potete sceglierle fini o larghissime, verticali o orizzontali, bianconere o colorate. La cosa positiva e democratica di questo trend è che c'è una riga per ogni persona e stile.
- se sei un tipo audace: prova un total look, magari a righe colorate o un completo pajama, e armati di buona dose di ironia;
- se sei un tipo semplice e ami i look sobri: prova un blazer su un look casual o maglioncino a righe fini, da abbinare ad un bel tacco e un jeans dal fit che preferisci: flare (se ami gli anni '70), boyfriend (se sei molto alta) o skinny (se sei minuta);
- se sei un tipo curvy: prova un pantalone a righe verticali e taglio a sigaretta: allunga la figura e slancia la silhouette;
- se sei un tipo eccentrico: osare è il tuo secondo nome e il matchy-matchy ti fa impazzire? Bene, allora mixa le righe ad altre stampe geometriche (optical, pois, altre righe) oppure con motivi floreali e coloratissimi.

The trend of stripes exists since a lot, isn't something we can define avant-garde, but this year it's so hot and in.
You can play with stripes as you prefer: you can choose thin or wide, vertical or horizontal, black & white or colorful. The best thing it's that there is a type of stripe for any style and each personality.
- if you are the daring one: try a total look, a colorful outfit or a pajama and be very ironic;
- if you are the simple and understated one: choose a blazer with a casual look or a sweater with thin stripes to match with high heels and a pair of jeans. You can decide the fit you prefer: flare (if you love fab 70s), boyfriend (if you are very tall) or skinny (if you are a petite size);
- if you are the curvy one: try with a vertical tiny stripes pair of trousers: they stretch legs and slend your silhouette;
- if you are the eccentric one: daring is your job and you go crazy for matchy-matchy? Well, mix stripes with other geometric prints (optical, dots, more stripes) or with colorful floral prints.
