ALGHERO, FINE VACANZE E MOLTI IMPEGNI
Tornata dalle vacanze e pronta (??) a immergermi nei prossimi mesi davvero pieni, tra esami, meeting di lavoro, impegni con il blog, la nuova casa (via a piastrelle, mobili e quant’altro) e persino un mini master in marketing. Chissà se ce la farò a far quadrare tutto… :/ Dai, forza Ila!!
SARDEGNA, GIORNO 2: SKORTS + SNEAKERS. ALGHERO BY NIGHT
Trovo che L’ABBINAMENTO BLU ELETTRICO E GIALLO FLUO SIA UNO DEI MUST DELL’ESTATE (con la pelle abbronzata poi ancora meglio): due colori accesi ma con un contrasto chiaro/scuro…top!! Per la mia seconda sera in SARDEGNA (dove i genitori di Stefano vivono…meno male perchè è carissima!!!!) ho scelto di giocare con queste due tonalità in occasione di una passeggiata per il centro storico di Alghero.
ALGHERO è una piccola cittadina al nord della Sardegna, in provincia di Sassari. Con influenze spagnole, viene anche chiamata Barceloneta (piccola Barcellona), in quanto viene preservato l’uso della lingua catalana, parlata ancora dal 22,4% degli abitanti nella versione algherese e riconosciuta da Repubblica Italiana e Regione Sardegna come lingua minoritaria.
Le ramblas costeggiano il lungomare, ma il cuore vero si nasconde dietro le mura. Tra i vicoletti, si trovano diversi locali (anche una cornetteria notturna, COME A TORINO) e negozi aperti fino a tardi, come una bellissima coralleria, enorme e con ogni sorta di pezzo in corallo, o un negozio di oggettistica per la casa molto particolare.
Una cittadina carina e adatta per le passeggiate estive :)
L’outfit scelto è CASUAL, COMODO MA ANCHE MOLTO CHIC (UN ALTRO ESEMPIO?? ECCOLO!!). Ho indossato un paio di skorts blu, comprati a Madrid quest’inverno da Blanco, con sopra una canotta morbida, regalo della mia super amica Roberta ^_^ Come accessori ho scelto una maxi collana giallo fluo (comprata da H&M a Londra), due bracciali, di cui uno borchiato e l’altro in pelle, una mini bag in pvc fluo e le mie nuove Converse blu con dettagli fluo. L’aria era un po’ freddina, così ho indossato UNA GIACCHINA MODELLO VARSITY CON STAMPA FLOREALE.
E voi? Siete già stati ad Alghero? Ve la stra consiglio…anche se alla fine tutta la Sardegna è stupenda :) Baci, Ilaria

ALGHERO, END OF HOLIDAYS AND A LOT OF STUFF TO DO
I’ve just come back from holidays and I’m ready (am I??) in sinking myself into the next very busy months, with exams, job meetings, blog stuff, the new house (go with tiling, furnishing, etc) and also a mini master in marketing. I can make it!! (can’t I??)
SARDINIA, DAY 2: SKORTS + SNEAKERS. ALGHERO BY NIGHT
I think that MIXING ELECTRIC BLUE WITH FLUO YELLOW IS ONE OF SUMMER MUSTS (even better with suntanned skin): two shocking colors but with a great light/dark contrast!! My second night in SARDINIA (where Stefano’s parents live) I chose to play with these shades, for a walk around the Alghero downtown.
ALGHERO is a town in the North of Sardinia, in the province of Sassari. With Spanish influences, it’s called also Barceloneta (little Barcelona), as Catalan is still used, in the algherese version, spoken by 22,4% of people and recognised by Italian Republic and Sardinia Region as minority language.
Ramblas run along the sea, but the real heart is hidden by walls. Little streets, with pubs (even a night croissanterie, AS IN TURIN TORINO) and shops which remain opened till late, as a beautiful coral shop and a very particular home shop.

I chose A CASUAL OUTFIT, COMFY AND ALSO VERY CHIC. I wore a pair of blue skorts, bought in Madrid last Winter at Blanco’s, with on top a soft vest, a gift from a super friend Roberta ^_^ As accessories, I chose a fluo yellow maxi necklace (bought in London at H&M’s), two bracelets, a pvc fluo mini bag and my new blue Converse with fluo details. It was a bit cold, so I wore VARSITY FLORAL JACKET.
Have you ever been in Alghero? You have to visit it…even if all Sardinia is gorgeous :) xx, Ilaria
