Paris day #8

Ed eccoci alla fine della mia vacanza, il cui racconto si è prolungato più del dovuto. In fondo, però, non mi dispiace affatto, in quanto ho potuto rivivere quest'esperienza gustandomela pienamente di nuovo. Adoro viaggiare e scoprire l'anima dei luoghi che visito, la loro storia.La mattina dell'ultimo giorno abbiamo lasciato la valigia in hotel e abbiamo visitato i giardini di Lussemburgo, dove abbiamo ammirato - oltre ad una signora che inveiva contro le piante ed il Senato xD - splendide composizioni di fiori.Abbiamo poi preseguito la passeggiata verso la fontana di Saint-Sulpice e ammirato l'omonima chiesa. La tappa successiva è stato il Museo di Delacroix, situato nei suoi appartamenti. Con una deliziosa baguette calda, abbiamo consumato il pranzo sul Pont des Arts, luogo dove gli innamorati lasciano il loro lucchetto, per poi proseguire lungo la Senna passando per Notre Dame per poi tornare in hotel, percorso inverso al primo giorno.E così, con un po' di rammarico, abbiamo dovuto salutare Parigi!And we're at the end of the holiday whose tell has extended more than necessary. But at heart I don't regret it, because I could live again this experience enjoying it again. I love travelling and discovering the soul of the places I visit, their story.The morning of the last day we left our luggage at the hotel and we visited the Luxembourg Gardens, where you could admire - except for a women who inveighed against the Senate xD - splendid arrangment of flowers. The we continued the walk going to the Saint-Sulpice fountain and admiring the homonymous church. The following lap has been the Delacroix Museum, set in his home. With a delicious hot baguette, we had lunch on the Pont des Arts, where lovers hook up padlocks with their names, then we carried on along the Sein passing in front of Notre Dame and then returning to the hotel, the reverse way of the first day.So, with a bit of regret, we had to say goodbye to Paris!
