Devo ammettere che a me lo stile folk non è mai piaciuto, al massimo riuscivo ad accettarlo negli accessori e nei bijoux, ma per me stampe e tessuti di ispirazione etnica sono sempre stati fuori discussione.
Questo fino allo scorso anno, quando ha fatto capolino in passerella la rielaborazione in chiave chic dello stile Zarina: mi ha subito colpito molto ed ho cominciato a guardare con occhi diversi lo stile etnico di ispirazione russa e medio orientale.
E quest'anno c'è stata la folgorazione! Tre in particolare le collezioni che mi hanno stregata: le a/i Valentino e Dolce & Gabbana e la precollezione a/i Chanel: un tripudio di ricami e stampe sofisticatissime e tagli iperfemminili!
Così ho voluto dare una chance a questo stile, e mi sono accorta che nell'armadio avevo già dei capi che potevano adattarvisi, come il gilet che vedete nelle foto: me lo aveva fatto mia zia all'uncinetto diverso tempo fa e credo di averlo messo sì e no tre volte, quest'anno finalmente ha avuto il suo momento di gloria!
Finora l'ho sperimentato in diverse combinazioni, ma l'abbinamento con la camicia di seta (di mamma, il classico regalo-boomerang) è quello che mi è piaciuto di più, voi che ne dite? ;)

This until last year, when peeped in the catwalks the chic reinterpretation of tsarina style: I was immediately impressed and I began to look with new eyes at the ethnic style inspired by Russian and Middle Eastern
And this year there was a total shake up! Three in particular collections that have haunted me: the f/w of Valentino and Dolce & Gabbana and the f/w pre-collection of Chanel: a riot of sophisticated embroideries and prints and ultra-feminine cuts!
So I wanted to give a chance to this style, and I realized that I just had in my closet many pieces that could adapt it, as the vest you see in the picture: my aunt crocheted it for me some time ago and I wore it at least three times, this year finally it had its moment of glory!
So far I have experienced in various combinations, but the combination with the silk blouse (Mom's blouse, the classic boomerang-gift) is the one I liked most, what do you think? ;)
