Pfw 2014: louis vuitton

Ha finalmente debuttato  Nicolas Ghesquière: nuovo direttore creativo di Louis Vuitton che, secondo i più non ha fatto rimpiangere Marc Jacobs.
Niente fasti in passerella come ci aveva abituati il suo predecessore ma tutta l'attenzione è rivolta alla sfilata ed  alle sue creazioni.Una collezione sobria e ricca di richiami agli anni '60; giochi di volumi, cerniere che segnano la silhouette e cinture che definiscono il punto vita strette con un nodo. Grande attenzione ai dettagli ed alle lavorazioni.
Quello che più ho apprezzato sono state le borse, alcune le trovo favolose, soprattutto le tracolline squadrate ed i bauletti ad un solo manico che sono sicura diventeranno un must nella prossima stagione.

None of the splendours on the catwalk as we had used its predecessor but all the attention is paid to the parade and its creations. A collection sober and full of references to the 60s, layering, zippers and belts that mark the silhouette which define the narrow waist with a knot. Great attention to detail and the workmanship. 
What I enjoyed most were the bags, I find some fabulous, especially the squared shoulder bags and trunks to a single handle that I'm sure will become a must in the next season.
