Metti insieme una Domenica: un gruppo di fotografi americani che si trova in Toscana, la professionalità e l’originalità nell’organizzazione di eventi di due donne speciali… e una cuoca bio vegan che vuole stupire con i suoi cibi semplici e gustosi.. Il risultato è un pranzo tipico toscano, ma in versione vegan che sorprende e entusiasma!
L’evento di cui vi parlo è stato ideato e organizzato da Il Bianco e Il Rosa Wedding in Tuscany, in una Domenica di Aprile. L’allestimento del pranzo in tipico stile toscano è stato curato da Sandra e Sara nei minimi particolari, grazie a un’apparecchiatura e dettagli “rustici” azzeccatissimi!
La location dell’Associazione Culturale Gioia di Vivere è stata scelta da loro, poichè l’intento era quello di ospitare un gruppo di fotografi professionisti in un’ambiente caldo e informale, circondato dalla natura, dove avrebbero potuto scattare foto suggestive e… in tipico stile toscano!
E’ stato un vero piacere accogliere questi nuovi amici e preparare per loro pietanze semplici, come una bruschetta o una pasta integrale al pomodoro, che per loro sono sinonimo di buona cucina mediterranea! Gli ospiti americani sono stati conquistati dalla nostra ospitalità e dai nostri cibi autoprodotti come la quiche di porri e la “torta coi becchi”, un must per noi lucchesi. Una coppia ci ha confessato di seguire un’alimentazione vegan, quindi siamo stati ancora più entusiasti di cucinare un pranzo a chi già ha scelto di migliorare la propria alimentazione.
Con l’occasione del pranzo i fotografi, membri del Plymouth Digital Photographers Club in Massachusetts, si sono divertiti scattando foto all’ambiente circostante, al cibo e… a noi!! Un’esperienza da Vip, unica nel suo genere, per noi che non siamo troppo abituati ad essere fotografati, ma ci siamo prestati molto volentieri per questi nuovi amici!

Amy possiede un blog di fotografia, mentre suo marito Joe, grande comunicatore e viaggiatore appassionato, possiede un blog che racconta i loro percorsi, sempre attraverso fotografie bellissime.

Abbiamo trascorso un meraviglioso pomeriggio facendo fotografie e gustando un pranzo speciale da Gioia di Vivere, a San Macario in Monte, Lucca il 19 aprile 2015. Siamo stati accolti con un caloroso benvenuto, da italiani che sanno come cucinare e mettere su un pasto speciale, tutto molto bello!! Ecco alcune delle nostre immagini dei momenti trascorsi con un gruppo di talenti formato da organizzatori di eventi e chef. Organic Vegan Lunch in Tuscany
During an ordinary Sunday, put together: a small group of american photographers in Tuscany, two special women, party and wedding planners, that organize events with professionalism and originality… and an organic vegan Chef who wants to impress with simple and tasty foods… The result is a typical Tuscan lunch, but in Vegan version that surprises and thrills!
Our event was conceived and organized by Il Bianco e il Rosa Wedding in Tuscany, on April the 19, 2015. The set of this typical Tuscan style lunch, was edited by Sandra and Sara, they did a really great job with small “rustic” details fitted perfectly on our table setting!
The location of the Cultural Association“Gioia di Vivere” has been chosen by them, because the intent was to accommodate a group of professional photographers in a warm and informal environment, surrounded by nature, where they could take pictures so evocative and in … Tuscan style!
It was a real pleasure to welcome these new friends and cook our Bruschetta and whole-wheat Pasta with tomato sauce.. for them these are synonymous of good Mediterranean cuisine. Our American guests were conquered by our hospitality and our homemade foods such as the “leek quiche” and the typical chocolate tart “Torta coi becchi”, a must for us in Lucca. We known also that one couple inside the group was vegans and we really enjoyed cook this lunch for them.
During this lunch the photographers, members of the Plymouth Digital Photographers Club in Massachusetts, had fun taking photos to the surroundings, to food and.. to us!! We felt very important, during this unique experience, for us who are not too used to being photographed, but we gladly have made it for these new friends!

We had a wonderful afternoon photographing and enjoying a special lunch at Gioia di Vivere in Macario in Monte Lucca on April 19th, 2015.
